ผลักดันการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการประกอบธุรกิจ พร้อมหาโอกาสทางการค้า การลงทุน และการขยายตลาดทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อสนับสนุนการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน

1. เสริมความเข้มแข็งกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม (Industry Group Empowerment)
เป็นแกนกลางสนับสนุนและรวบรวมความต้องการของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อผลักดันข้อเสนอเชิงรุกต่อภาครัฐอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
2. สร้างเครือข่ายคลัสเตอร์แห่งอนาคต (Strategic Cluster Development)
บูรณาการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมที่มีเป้าหมายร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างห่วงโซ่มูลค่าใหม่ (New Value Chain) ที่แข็งแกร่งและครบวงจร
3. ผลักดันสิทธิประโยชน์การลงทุนเชิงรุก (Proactive BOI Synergy)
ทำงานร่วมกับ BOI อย่างใกล้ชิดในการเสนอแนะ ปรับปรุงหลักเกณฑ์ และออกแบบมาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุนที่สอดรับกับความต้องการจริงของภาคอุตสาหกรรม

5. สนับสนุนการขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจผ่านงานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการ (Trade Convention & Exhibition : TCE)
สนับสนุนให้เกิดการค้าระหว่างกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม การเปิดตลาดใหม่ สร้างพันธมิตรทางการค้า และแสดงศักยภาพของอุตสาหกรรมไทยสู่สากล

Responsibilities of the Organization
1. Strengthening Industrial Groups (Industry Group Empowerment)
Serve as the core support for aggregating the needs of industrial groups to push concrete proactive proposals to the government.
2. Creating Future Cluster Networks (Strategic Cluster Development)
Integrate industrial groups with common goals to create a strong and comprehensive new value chain.
3. Promoting Proactive Investment Benefits (Proactive BOI Synergy)
Collaborate closely with the BOI to propose, improve guidelines, and design investment promotion measures that align with the actual needs of the industrial sector.
4. Promoting and Supporting the Transition to Intelligent Industry (Intelligent Industry Transformation)
Drive the transition of members to Smart Industry in all aspects, culminating in the promotion of projects to become tangible through cooperation mechanisms between industrial groups and the Provincial Industrial Councils.
5. Supporting Business Opportunity Expansion through Trade Conventions and Exhibitions (Trade Convention & Exhibition: TCE)
Encourage trade among industrial groups, open new markets, create trade partnerships, and showcase the potential of Thai industries to the international arena.
