- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และขับเคลื่อนให้ ส.อ.ท. เกิดการปฏิบัติตามหลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีทั้ง 6 ประการ
- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และขับเคลื่อนให้ คณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความรับผิดชอบ มีการแบ่งบทบาทหน้าที่อย่างชัดเจน เพื่อการตัดสินใจที่มีประสิทธิผลและป้องกันความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์ มีความโปร่งใสและเป็นธรรม
- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และขับเคลื่อน ให้เกิดการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ กลยุทธ์ นโยบาย และแผนงาน ที่คำนึงถึงปัจจัยเสี่ยงและผลกระทบ พร้อมบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างเหมาะสม
- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และขับเคลื่อนให้ การต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชัน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และขับเคลื่อนให้ ส.อ.ท. เกิดการปฏิบัติงานสอดคล้องตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ตลอดจนข้อกำหนดต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายนอก และภายในของ ส.อ.ท.
- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และขับเคลื่อนให้ ส.อ.ท. มีมาตรฐานการให้บริการ เพื่อความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการสูงสุด และเชื่อมั่นต่อความมั่นคงและปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของหน่วยงาน
- กำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานของ ส.อ.ท. ด้านการกำกับดูแลองค์กร, Compliance ตลอดจนจริยธรรมองค์กร (Code of Conduct)
- กำกับดูแล และบริหารงานด้านคุณภาพ ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ ตามมาตรฐานสากล

Mission
- To promote, support, and drive FTI to implement the six principles of good governance
- To promote, support, and drive the Board of Directors of FTI to perform their duties responsibly, with clearly defined roles to ensure effective decision-making and prevent conflicts of interest, and to maintain transparency and fairness
- To promote, support, and drive the establishment of vision, strategy, policy, and plans that consider risks and impacts while managing resources appropriately
- To promote, support, and drive anti-corruption efforts to ensure that operations comply with anti-corruption measures effectively
- To promote, support, and drive FTI to operate in accordance with laws, regulations, and various requirements both from external sources and within FTI itself
- To promote, support, and drive FTI to have service standards for maximum satisfaction of service recipients, instilling confidence in the security and safety of information
Duties and Responsibilities of the Agency
- To oversee FTI's operations regarding corporate governance, compliance, and corporate ethics (Code of Conduct)
- To oversee and manage the aspects of quality and information security in accordance with international standards
