- กำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์ และทิศทางการดำเนินงานของสถาบัน - กำกับดูแลการบริหารงานด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ งบประมาณ ทรัพยากร และผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมทั้งติดตาม ประเมินผล และแก้ไข - สร้างและพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน องค์กรระหว่างประเทศ และสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด - ผลักดันและพัฒนาโครงการ รวมถึงข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย เพื่อส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ และเชื่อมโยงกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต - เป็นผู้แทนสถาบันในการประสานงาน เจรจา และนำเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายต่อหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา- Define the vision, strategy, and direction of the institute's operations. - Oversee the administration of various tasks including budget, resources, and performance results, along with tracking, evaluating, and rectifying. - Build and develop networks of cooperation with government agencies, private sectors, international organizations, and provincial industrial councils. - Promote and develop projects, including policy proposals, to enhance the creative industry and connect with the manufacturing sector. - Serve as the representative of the institute in coordinating, negotiating, and presenting policy proposals to government agencies, private sectors, and relevant organizations. - Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครQualifications
- อายุระหว่าง 35 - 45 ปี - 38 ปีขึ้นไป - ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ, เศรษฐศาสตร์, อุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี และในระดับบริหารไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี - มีความรู้ในการบริหารโครงการและมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำโครงการต่าง ๆ ร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และ/หรือ ภาคเอกชน - มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ทั้งของไทยและต่างประเทศ - มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี (TOEIC 750 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า) - มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และมีความมุ่งมั่น ทุ่มเทและยืดหยุ่นในการปฏิบัติงาน- Age between 35 - 45 years. - Minimum age of 38 years. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Creative Industries, or other related fields. - At least 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial level. - Knowledge in project management and experience in developing various projects in collaboration with government agencies and/or private sectors. - Understanding of both Thai and international creative industries. - Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC score of 750 or above, or equivalent). - Leadership skills, ability to solve immediate problems, and commitment, dedication, and flexibility in performing duties.
