- วางกลยุทธ์ ขับเคลื่อน และบริหารจัดการภารกิจด้านการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก (GHG Mitigation) การปรับตัวต่อภัยภูมิอากาศ (Adaptation) พัฒนากลไกตลาดคาร์บอน (Carbon Credit/REC) - สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศและแหล่งทุนสีเขียว (Green Finance) รวมถึงผลักดันงานวิจัย เทคโนโลยีเปลี่ยนผ่าน (Transition Tech) เพื่อนำภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย ยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน มุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย Net Zero และการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน - ประสานความร่วมมือ กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ให้บรรลุวัตถุงประสงค์และเป้าหมายที่กำหนด - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- Develop strategies, drive, and manage missions related to greenhouse gas emission reduction (GHG Mitigation), climate change adaptation (Adaptation), and the development of carbon market mechanisms (Carbon Credit/REC). - Foster international cooperation and green finance sources, as well as promote research and transition technologies (Transition Tech) to enhance the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector, aiming for Net Zero and sustainable development goals. - Coordinate collaboration with relevant agencies both domestically and internationally to achieve established objectives and targets. - Undertake other tasks as assigned.

- อายุ 35 - 45 ปี - วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาโท ขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม วิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและความยั่งยืน เศรษฐศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม เศรษฐศาสตร์การพัฒนา หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ สิ่งแวดล้อม ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี - มีความรู้ด้านการลดและการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ Net Zero / Carbon Footprint / Carbon Credit หรือตลาดคาร์บอน - สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือโครงการภาครัฐ องค์กรระหว่างประเทศ หรือแหล่งทุนสีเขียว หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีความรู้ด้านบัญชีก๊าซเรือนกระจก Net Zero/NDC ความเสี่ยงด้านภูมิอากาศ และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีความเข้าใจกลไกการค้าและมาตรการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมระหว่างประเทศ การจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์ Roadmap ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย และบริหารโครงการด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ - มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (TOEIC 500 คะแนนขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า) - มีความสามารถในการใช้โปแกรม MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) ในเกณฑ์ดี - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความมุ่งมั่นทุ่มเท และมีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน- Age 35 - 45 years. - Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Climate Change and Sustainability, Environmental Economics, Development Economics, or related fields. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in climate change and environmental issues. - Knowledge of climate change mitigation and adaptation, Net Zero/Carbon Footprint/Carbon Credit, or carbon markets. - Ability to coordinate with government agencies or public projects, international organizations, or green finance sources or related entities. - Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting for Net Zero/NDC, climate risk, and relevant standards. - Understanding of international environmental trading mechanisms and measures, the preparation of strategic roadmaps, policy proposals, and project management in climate change. - Good English language skills (TOEIC score of 500 or above, or equivalent). - Proficient in using MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Detail-oriented, committed, and possesses a positive attitude towards work.
