นี่คือแนวคิดที่ บริษัท ระฆังทอง พลาสติก จำกัด ยึดถือมาตั้งแต่เริ่มดำเนินธุรกิจ ด้วยการนำความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม มาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการทำงาน ภายใต้แนวคิด ‘ระฆังทองสร้างอาชีพ สร้างโอกาสอย่างเท่าเทียม’ บริษัทเปิดโอกาสให้คนในชุมชน สตรี และผู้พิการ ได้เข้ามาทำงานอย่างเท่าเทียม ปัจจุบันสร้างงานให้คนในพื้นที่กว่า 219 คน ให้มีรายได้ที่มั่นคง และสามารถดูแลตนเองและครอบครัวได้ ความใส่ใจยังส่งต่อไปถึงชุมชน ทั้งการสนับสนุนระบบสาธารณสุข อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ และการปรับปรุงห้องผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลบางเลน รวมถึงร่วมโครงการขาเทียมพระราชทาน มอบขาเทียมแก่ผู้พิการ 102 ขา และซ่อมแซมอีก 6 ขา เพื่อให้หลายชีวิตได้กลับมายืน และก้าวเดินต่อไป ด้านการศึกษา บริษัทได้ส่งต่อโอกาสให้เด็กและเยาวชน ทั้งอุปกรณ์การเรียน กิจกรรมวันเด็ก และการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจสู่เส้นทางอาชีพ พร้อมอยู่เคียงข้างผู้พิการ ผู้ป่วยติดเตียง ผู้ด้อยโอกาส และผู้ประสบความเดือดร้อนในชุมชน ขณะเดียวกัน ภายในโรงงานยังมุ่งใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า ลดผ⁠ล⁠ก⁠ร⁠ะ⁠ท⁠บต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตอย่างรับผิดชอบ เพราะการเติบโตของธุรกิจ จะมีความหมายมากขึ้น เมื่อชุมชนและสังคมเติบโตไปพร้อมกันThis is the principle that Khaung Thong Plastic Co., Ltd. has adhered to since the beginning of its operations by integrating social responsibility into its work processes. Under the concept of ‘Khaung Thong Creates Jobs, Creates Equal Opportunities,’ the company provides equal employment opportunities for community members, women, and individuals with disabilities. Currently, it has created jobs for over 219 individuals in the area, enabling them to earn a stable income and support themselves and their families. The company's care also extends to the community, including support for healthcare systems, medical equipment, and the renovation of operating rooms at Bang Len Hospital. Additionally, it participates in the royal initiative project to provide prosthetic limbs for 102 individuals and repair 6 limbs, allowing many lives to stand and move forward again. In terms of education, the company has provided opportunities for children and youth, including learning materials, Children’s Day activities, and inspiration for career paths. It stands by individuals with disabilities, bedridden patients, the underprivileged, and those in distress within the community. At the same time, within the factory, there is a strong focus on utilizing resources efficiently, minimizing environmental impact, and developing production processes responsibly.
