นายมนตรี มหาพฤกษ์พงศ์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เปิดเผยว่า ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุน และยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย อย่างไรก็ตาม การนำ AI มาใช้ให้เกิดผลในทางปฏิบัติ จำเป็นต้องอาศัยความพร้อมด้านบุคลากร งบประมาณ และระบบข้อมูล ควบคู่กับมาตรการสนับสนุนที่ช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการ โดยเฉพาะ SMEs เข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีและนำไปใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสมกับธุรกิจ

The FTI indicates that AI is poised to change the structure of the Thai economy within 3–5 years. It urges the enhancement of “people – data – capital” to unlock its usage.
Mr. Montri Mahaplerkpong, Vice Chairman of The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), revealed that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a crucial tool for increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector. However, the practical implementation of AI requires readiness in personnel, budget, and data systems, alongside supportive measures that enable entrepreneurs, particularly SMEs, to access technology and apply it suitably to their businesses.
