ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2569 อยู่ที่ระดับ 90.0 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 88.2 ในเดือนมิถุนายน 2569 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าอยู่ที่ระดับ 96.1 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 94.5 ในเดือนมิถุนายน 2569 ทั้งนี้ค่าดัชนีฯ ยังอยู่ต่ำกว่าระดับ 100 สะท้อนว่าความเชื่อมั่นของผู้ประกอบการยังไม่ฟื้นตัว
ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) ตลาดยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าขยายตัวต่อเนื่อง 2) การเร่งเจรจาการค้าและการลงทุนกับคู่ค้าหลัก เช่น สหรัฐฯ สหภาพยุโรป และจีน 3) การส่งออกสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม อาทิ ฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์และส่วนประกอบ 4) มาตรการน าผลประโยชน์ส่วนเกินจากค่าการกลั่นมาพยุงราคาขาย

However, there are also negative factors including 1) Renewed U.S.-Iran tensions leading to higher oil prices, shipping costs, and production costs 2) The enforcement of a 12.5% tariff on Thai goods under U.S. Section 301 3) New public construction projects trending towards delays 4) A 3.1% YoY decrease in tourist arrivals affecting purchasing power in tourist areas 5) An increase in non-performing loans among SMEs, reaching 9.5%, pressuring entrepreneurs' liquidity.
