ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนตุลาคม 2568 อยู่ที่ระดับ 87.3 ปรับตัวลดลงเล็กน้อย จาก 87.8 ในเดือนกันยายน 2568 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าอยู่ที่ระดับ 93.5 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 91.8 ในเดือนกันยายน 2568
เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบของดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในเดือนตุลาคม 2568 พบว่า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวลดลง ยกเว้น ต้นทุนการประกอบการ (ผกผัน) ที่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ยกเว้น ยอดคำสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศ และยอดขายในต่างประเทศปรับตัวลดลง
ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยลบจาก 1) การส่งออกสินค้าคงทนปรับตัวลดลง 2) ปัญหาการปิดหน่วยงานรัฐบาลกลางสหรัฐฯ 3) การนำเข้าสินค้าจากจีนเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่อง 4) ความกังวลต่อสถานกาณ์น้ำและอุทกภัยในหลายพื้นที่ 5) มูลค่าการค้าชายแดนหดตัวต่อเนื่อง
อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) กบน. ปรับลดราคาน้ำมันดีเซลลง 50 สตางค์ 2) เทศกาลกินเจและ High Season 3) การบรรลุข้อตกลงสันติภาพระหว่างไทย-กัมพูชา 4) มาตรการคนละครึ่งพลัส และเที่ยวดีมีคืน

The TISI for October 2025 is at a level of 87.3, a slight decrease from 87.8 in September 2025. Meanwhile, the 3-month forward expectation index is at a level of 93.5, an increase from 91.8 in September 2025.
When considering the components of the Thai Industries Sentiment Index in October 2025, it is found that most components have decreased, except for operational costs (inversely related) which have increased. Concurrently, in the 3-month forward expectation index, most components have increased, except for foreign order quantities and sales abroad, which have decreased.
This month, there are negative factors from 1) the decline in durable goods exports 2) the issue of the U.S. federal government shutdown 3) the continuous increase in imports from China 4) concerns regarding the water situation and flooding in several areas 5) the continued contraction of border trade values.
However, there are also positive factors from 1) the government has reduced diesel prices by 50 satang 2) the vegetarian festival and high season 3) the achievement of a peace agreement between Thailand and Cambodia 4) the Half-Half project measures and tourism initiatives.
