ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนสิงหาคม 2568 อยู่ที่ระดับ 86.4 ปรับตัวลดลง จาก 86.6 ในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2568 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าปรับตัวลดลงเช่นกัน อยู่ที่ระดับ 88.9 ลดลงจาก ระดับ 89.2The TISI in August 2025 stands at 86.4, reflecting a decrease from 86.6 in July 2025. เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบของดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในเดือนสิงหาคม 2568 พบว่า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวลดลงยกเว้น ต้นทุนการประกอบการ (ผกผัน) ที่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวลดลงเช่นกัน ยกเว้น ต้นทุนการประกอบการ (ผกผัน) ที่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น

When considering the components of the Thai Industries Sentiment Index in August 2025, it is observed that most components have decreased, except for operational costs (inversely related), which have increased. This month presents positive factors including 1) the Bank of Thailand's Monetary Policy Committee voted to lower the policy interest rate by 0.25% 2) the approval of an economic stimulus budget of 18.5 billion Baht 3) the sales of electric vehicles in Thailand showing signs of growth.

However, there are also negative factors such as 1) political uncertainty 2) budget disbursement for investment being lower than targets 3) lack of clarity regarding U.S. tax rates 4) effects from the closure of the Thai-Cambodian border 5) recurring flooding caused by Tropical Storm Khakiji 6) Cambodian laborers returning to their homeland 7) the average exchange rate in August 2025 being 32.62 Baht per U.S. dollar, appreciating against regional competitors.
