ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2568 อยู่ที่ระดับ 86.6 ปรับตัวลดลง จาก 87.7 ในเดือนมิถุนายน 2568 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าปรับตัวลดลงเช่นกัน อยู่ที่ระดับ 89.2 ลดลงจาก ระดับ 90.8The TISI for July 2025 stands at 86.6, a decrease from 87.7 in June 2025, while the 3-month forward expectation index has also declined to 89.2, down from 90.8.

เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบของดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2568 พบว่า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวลดลงยกเว้น ต้นทุนการประกอบการ (ผกผัน) ที่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวลดลงเช่นกัน ยกเว้น ต้นทุนการประกอบการ (ผกผัน) ที่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น

ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) โครงการเที่ยวไทยคนละครึ่ง 2568 จำนวน 500,000 สิทธิ์ ภายใต้งบประมาณ 1,750 ล้านบาท (เริ่ม 1 ก.ค. 2568) 2) การลงทุนมีแนวโน้มเติบโตต่อเนื่อง โดยในช่วงครึ่งปีแรก 2568 มีมูลค่าเงินลงทุนรวม 1.06 ล้านล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 138%YoY 3) ราคาน้ำมันทรงตัว

อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัจจัยลบจาก 1) ข้อพิพาทบริเวณชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา 2) สถานการณ์อุทกภัยและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก 3) ความกังวลต่ออัตราภาษี Reciprocal Tariff 4) ความกังวลต่อการจัดทำงบประมาณปี 2569 ที่อาจล่าช้า และการเร่งเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณปี 2568 5) กำลังซื้อในประเทศชะลอตัวในหมวดสินค้าคงทน โดยเฉพาะเครื่องปรับอากาศ และเครื่องจักรกล
The TISI for July 2025 stands at 86.6, a decrease from 87.7 in June 2025, while the 3-month forward expectation index has also declined to 89.2, down from 90.8.

When considering the components of the Thai Industries Sentiment Index in July 2025, it was found that most components decreased, except for operational costs (inversely related) which increased. Similarly, in the 3-month forward expectation index, most components also decreased, with the exception of operational costs (inversely related) which increased.

This month, there are positive factors from 1) the “Thai Tourism Half Half” project 2025 with 500,000 rights under a budget of 1.75 billion Baht (starting July 1, 2025) 2) investment continues to show growth trends, with a total investment value of 1.06 trillion Baht in the first half of 2025, an increase of 138% YoY 3) stable oil prices.

However, there are still negative factors from 1) disputes along the Thailand-Cambodia border 2) flooding and flash flood situations 3) concerns regarding the Reciprocal Tariff rate 4) worries about the potential delay in the preparation of the 2026 budget and the acceleration of disbursement of the 2025 budget 5) domestic purchasing power slowing down in the durable goods category, particularly air conditioners and machinery.
