ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2568 อยู่ที่ระดับ 89.1 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 87.3 ในเดือนตุลาคม 2568 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าอยู่ที่ระดับ 94.9 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 93.5 ในเดือนตุลาคม 2568
เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบของดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2568 พบว่า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นเช่นกัน
ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) มาตรการกระตุ้นการใช้จ่าย อาทิ โครงการคนละครึ่งพลัส เที่ยวดีมีคืน และเติมเงินบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ 2) การเข้าสู่ช่วง High season การท่องเที่ยว 3) ผู้ประกอบการเร่งผลิตสินค้า 4) การเจรจาการค้าเพื่อขยายตลาดส่งออกไทย 5) การเร่งการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณปี 69 (ณ 1 ต.ค. – 21 พ.ย. 2568) อยู่ที่ 24.18% จากเป้าหมายที่ 33% ในไตรมาส 1
อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัจจัยลบจาก 1) สถานการณ์อุทกภัยในภาคใต้ 2) การระงับข้อตกลงสันติภาพกับกัมพูชาชั่วคราว 3) การแข่งขันที่รุนแรงจากการนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ 4) ค่าเงินบาทที่ยังแข็งค่ากว่าประเทศคู่แข่งในภูมิภาค

This month, there are positive factors from 1) measures to stimulate spending, such as the Half-Half project, the Good Tourism Project, and the top-up of state welfare cards 2) entering the high tourist season 3) operators accelerating production 4) trade negotiations to expand Thai export markets 5) accelerated budget disbursement for the fiscal year 2026 (as of October 1 – November 21, 2025) at 24.18% of the target of 33% in the first quarter.
However, there are also negative factors from 1) the flooding situation in the southern region 2) the temporary suspension of the peace agreement with Cambodia 3) intense competition from imports of goods from abroad 4) the Thai baht remaining stronger than regional competitors.
