สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมเยียนและให้กำลังใจสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยในพื้นที่จังหวัดชลบุรีเพิ่มเติม พร้อมส่งมอบสิ่งของช่วยเหลือให้แก่สถานประกอบการและประชาชนที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อน
ในการนี้ ได้สนับสนุนน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อโรคกรดไฮโปคลอรัส (HOCl) ซึ่งผลิตด้วยเทคโนโลยีการออกแบบสูตรและขั้วไฟฟ้าไทเทเนียมเคลือบวัสดุนาโนผสมแพลตทินัม รูทีเนียมอิริเดียมออกไซด์ เพื่อช่วยในการยับยั้งเชื้อแบคทีเรีย เชื้อรา ไวรัส และสปอร์ โดยมีข้อมูลระบุประสิทธิภาพในการยับยั้งเชื้อได้สูงถึง 99.99% และมีคุณภาพตามคำแนะนำขององค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO) และกระทรวงสาธารณสุข
ส.อ.ท. ให้ความสำคัญกับการดูแลสมาชิกและการมีส่วนร่วมช่วยเหลือสังคมในยามเกิดวิกฤต พร้อมประสานความร่วมมือกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการ ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการฟื้นฟูสถานประกอบการที่ได้รับผลกระทบหลังสถานการณ์น้ำลด ให้สามารถกลับมาดำเนินการผลิตและดำเนินธุรกิจได้โดยเร็ว ลดผลกระทบต่อการจ้างงานและห่วงโซ่อุปทานของภาคอุตสาหกรรม
ส.อ.ท. จะเดินหน้าสนับสนุนการช่วยเหลือสมาชิกและชุมชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคอุตสาหกรรม ภาครัฐ และภาคประชาชน เพื่อให้การฟื้นฟูเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเสริมสร้างความพร้อมในการรับมือกับภัยพิบัติในอนาคต

The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) in conjunction with the Provincial Industrial Councils visited and encouraged FTI members affected by the flooding situation in Chonburi Province, while delivering aid supplies to businesses and citizens in distress.
In this regard, the FTI supported the provision of hypochlorous acid disinfectant (HOCl), produced using a formula design technology and titanium electrode coated with platinum-ruthenium-iridium oxide, to help inhibit bacteria, fungi, viruses, and spores, with data indicating an effectiveness in inhibiting pathogens of up to 99.99% and compliant with the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Public Health.
FTI emphasizes the importance of caring for its members and actively contributing to societal assistance during crises, as well as coordinating with the Provincial Industrial Councils and relevant agencies to alleviate the hardships faced by citizens and entrepreneurs, including supporting the recovery of affected businesses after the floodwaters recede to ensure a swift return to production and operation, thereby reducing the impact on employment and the supply chain of the industrial sector.
FTI will continue to support the assistance of affected members and communities, while promoting cooperation among the industrial sector, government, and civil society to ensure that the recovery is effective and to strengthen preparedness for future disasters.
