เป็นศูนย์กลางในการพัฒนา ประสานงาน ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน SME และวางแผนการให้บริการสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพ และขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน
พันธกิจ
- รวบรวมและนำเสนอข้อมูล ปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการ SME เพื่อจัดทำแผนงานเสนอต่อภาครัฐ
- ดำเนินการ แปลงนโยบายและแผนงานของผู้ประกอบการ SME ลงสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- รวบรวมและเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ รวมทั้งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ประกอบการ SME
- เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายภายในและภายนอก ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน
- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนและพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการ SME ที่เป็นสมาชิกและผู้เกี่ยวข้องของ ส.อ.ท. ให้เจริญก้าวหน้าอย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของหน่วยงาน
- ปฏิบัติภารกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการ SME ตามนโยบายและทิศทางการดำเนินงานของ ส.อ.ท.
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสะท้อนปัญหา ความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ประกอบการ SME เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายและมาตรการต่อภาครัฐและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดำเนินโครงการ/กิจกรรม และให้บริการข้อมูล องค์ความรู้ คำปรึกษา และสิทธิประโยชน์ เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ SME ในด้านเงินทุน เทคโนโลยี การตลาด มาตรฐาน การเพิ่มผลิตภาพ และการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- ประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการเงิน เครือข่ายทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อเชื่อมโยงการสนับสนุนและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ SME

Vision
To be a central hub for the development, coordination, promotion, and support of SMEs, as well as to plan services for FTI members to enhance sustainable capabilities and competitiveness.
Mission
- To gather and present information, issues, and the needs of SME operators to formulate plans for submission to the government.
- To effectively implement the policies and plans of SME operators.
- To collect and disseminate knowledge as well as useful information for SME operators.
- To connect networks both internally and externally, domestically and internationally, to enhance capabilities and competitiveness.
- To promote, support, and develop the member SMEs and stakeholders of FTI for robust and sustainable progress.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Agency
- To carry out missions related to the promotion, support, and development of SME operators in accordance with FTI's policies and operational directions.
- To gather, analyze, and reflect the problems, needs, and suggestions of SME operators to develop policy proposals and measures for the government and related agencies.
- To implement projects/activities and provide information, knowledge, consultation, and benefits to support SME operators in terms of funding, technology, marketing, standards, productivity enhancement, and business development.
- To collaborate with government agencies, the private sector, financial institutions, and networks both domestically and internationally to connect support and create business opportunities for SME operators.
