เมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้ารับมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณรางวัลเกียรติยศ ประเภทบุคคล ประจำปี 2567 ในงานประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติทางสัตวแพทย์และการเลี้ยงสัตว์ (The International Conference on Veterinary Science 2024 - ICVS 2024) ครั้งที่ 46 จัดโดยสัตวแพทยสมาคมแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์และสมาคมสัตวบาลแห่งประเทศไทยในพระราชูปถัมภ์ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ภายใต้แนวคิด “ประสานศาสตร์สุขภาพหนึ่งเดียวกับการสัตวบาลเพื่อความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของประชากรโลก (Bridging One-health and Animal Science for Global Well-being)” ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
งานนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากนายสัตวแพทย์สมชวน รัตนมังคลานนท์ อธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน ซึ่งงานประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติทางสัตวแพทย์และการเลี้ยงสัตว์ ครั้งที่ 46 จัดขึ้น เพื่อชูการรวมศาสตร์ 2 วิชาชีพ มุ่งพัฒนาภาคปศุสัตว์ควบคู่กับการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อความมั่นคงทางอาหารของประชากรโลกอย่างยั่งยืน
การประชุมครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นการเฉลิมฉลอง 77 ปี แห่งการก่อตั้งสัตวแพทยสมาคมแห่งประเทศไทยฯ และ 48 ปี ที่ก่อตั้งสมาคมสัตวบาลแห่งประเทศไทยฯ อีกด้วย
On November 28, 2024, Mr. Kiangkai Thiennukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), received the Distinguished Honor Award for Individuals for the year 2024 during the 46th International Conference on Veterinary Science (ICVS 2024) organized by the Veterinary Medical Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage and the Animal Science Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The conference focused on the theme “Bridging One-health and Animal Science for Global Well-being” and took place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The event was honored by Dr. Somchuan Rattanamaniklan, Director-General of the Department of Livestock Development, who presided over the opening ceremony. The 46th International Conference on Veterinary Science was organized to promote the integration of two professions, aimed at developing the livestock sector alongside environmental care for sustainable food security for the global population.
This conference also celebrated the 77th anniversary of the establishment of the Veterinary Medical Association of Thailand and the 48th anniversary of the establishment of the Animal Science Association of Thailand.
