เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมรับรางวัล “เพชรพาณิชย์” ประจำปี 2567 เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันสถาปนากระทรวงพาณิชย์ครบรอบ 104 ปี โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายนภินทร ศรีสรรพางค์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์เป็นผู้มอบรางวัล ณ ห้องบุรฉัตรไชยากร ชั้น 4 กระทรวงพาณิชย์
ในปีนี้ มีผู้แทน ส.อ.ท.ได้รับการคัดเลือกเพื่อรับรางวัล ได้แก่
1. นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. ได้รับรางวัล "เพชรพาณิชย์ ประจำปี 2567" สาขาผู้ประกอบการด้านสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม
2. นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท.
ได้รับรางวัล "เพชรพาณิชย์ ประจำปี 2567" สาขาผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั่วไป (ด้าน SMEs) ที่ทำคุณประโยชน์แก่กระทรวงพาณิชย์และเศรษฐกิจการค้าของไทย
รางวัล “เพชรพาณิชย์” เป็นรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติที่กระทรวงพาณิชย์กำหนดขึ้น เพื่อยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติผู้ทำคุณประโยชน์แก่ประเทศชาติด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และการพาณิชย์ รวมถึงผู้ที่สร้างคุณูปการให้แก่กระทรวงพาณิชย์
สำหรับในปี 2567 นี้ มีผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือกรับรางวัล “เพชรพาณิชย์” จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 16 ราย ใน 3 สาขา ได้แก่ สาขาผู้ประกอบการ สาขาผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และสาขาข้าราชการและพนักงาน ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นทุกปี
On Thursday, August 22, 2024, Mr. Kiangkrong Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of FTI, attended the award ceremony for the "Chao Phraya" Award for 2024 on the occasion of the 104th anniversary of the Ministry of Commerce, receiving the award from Mr. Napinthorn Srisarnpang, Deputy Minister of Commerce, at the Burachat Chaiyakorn Room, 4th Floor, Ministry of Commerce.
This year, FTI representatives were selected to receive the awards as follows:
1. Mr. Kiangkrong Thiennukul, Chairman of FTI, received the "Chao Phraya Award for 2024" in the category of Industrial Product Entrepreneur.
2. Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of FTI, received the "Chao Phraya Award for 2024" in the category of General Experts (related to SMEs) for their contributions to the Ministry of Commerce and the Thai trade economy.
The "Chao Phraya" Award is a prestigious award established by the Ministry of Commerce to honor individuals who contribute to the nation in the fields of economy, trade, and commerce, as well as those who have made significant contributions to the Ministry of Commerce.
In 2024, a total of 16 recipients were selected to receive the "Chao Phraya" Award in three categories: Entrepreneur, Expert, and Civil Servant and Employee, which is held annually.
