วันอังคารที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2567 นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายปรนนท์ ฐิตะวรรโณ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมงานเลี้ยงรับรองและแสดงความยินดีแก่นางสาวหว่อง เสี่ยว ผิง แคเทอริน (H.E. Ms. Wong Siow Ping Catherine) เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ประจำประเทศไทย เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 59 ปีวันชาติสาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ ณ ห้องแกรนด์ บอลรูม โรงแรมแชงกรี-ลา กรุงเทพฯ
ไทยและสิงคโปร์ได้สถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างกันมาตั้งแต่ปี 2508 โดยในปี 2568 ที่จะถึงนี้ จะเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองวาระครบรอบ 60 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างไทยกับสิงคโปร์ ทั้งนี้ ไทยและสิงคโปร์ได้ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ในทุกมิติอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งด้านการค้า การลงทุน การท่องเที่ยว รวมไปถึงความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาความร่วมมือทวิภาคีเป็นสำคัญ เพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันและเชื่อมโยงกับห่วงโซ่อุปทานโลกร่วมกัน
On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, Ms. Petchrat Ekasangkun, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Panon Thitavanron, Vice Chairman of FTI, attended a reception to congratulate H.E. Ms. Wong Siow Ping Catherine, the Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Thailand, on the occasion of the 59th anniversary of Singapore's National Day at the Grand Ballroom, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok.
Thailand and Singapore have established diplomatic relations since 1965, and in 2025, a celebration will be held to mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Singapore. Both Thailand and Singapore have consistently advanced their relationship across all dimensions, including trade, investment, tourism, and cooperation in the digital economy. Both parties place great importance on promoting and developing bilateral cooperation to enhance competitiveness and connect with the global supply chain together.
