ส.อ.ท. หารือสถานทูตจีน เชื่อม Supply Chain เปิดโอกาสธุรกิจไทย–จีน

เมื่อวันที่ 22 ตุลาคม 2569 สถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย–จีน (TCEII) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) นำโดย นายวีรชัย มั่นสินธร ประธานสถาบันฯ พร้อมด้วยนายหลี เผย รองประธานสถาบันฯ นายวรวิทย์ จำเริญเลิศ และนายศุภชัย กฤตผลชัย กรรมการสถาบันฯ เข้าพบ นายจาง เซียวเซียว อุปทูตด้านเศรษฐกิจและการค้า สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำประเทศไทย เพื่อหารือแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า การลงทุน และการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการ ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำประเทศไทย

[ เชื่อมธุรกิจไทย–จีน ต่อยอดโอกาสในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ]
ส.อ.ท. เสนอให้สถานทูตจีนเป็นกลไกกลางในการเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือกับรัฐวิสาหกิจและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของจีน ผ่านกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น การศึกษาดูงาน และการจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching) เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรและเพิ่มโอกาสทางการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างสองประเทศ

นอกจากนี้ ส.อ.ท. ยังให้ความสำคัญกับการเชื่อมโยงห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain) โดยเสนอให้เพิ่มกิจกรรมเชิงลึกนอกเหนือจากการเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้า เช่น การนำผู้ประกอบการไทยเข้าอบรมและศึกษาดูงานโรงงานจีน เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการผลิต มาตรฐานสินค้า และเงื่อนไขการจัดซื้อของบริษัทจีน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการนำความรู้ไปพัฒนาการผลิต และเพิ่มโอกาสเป็นผู้จัดส่งสินค้า วัตถุดิบ หรือชิ้นส่วนให้แก่บริษัทจีนในอนาคต

ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับโครงการฝึกอบรมประจำปี 2570 โดยสถานทูตจีนแจ้งว่าอยู่ระหว่างรอรายละเอียดจากหน่วยงานส่วนกลาง ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง และจะพยายามสนับสนุนการเพิ่มโควตาให้แก่สมาชิก ส.อ.ท.

ขณะที่ ส.อ.ท. ได้ขอบคุณสำหรับการสนับสนุนที่ผ่านมา พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงการคัดเลือกบุคลากรที่เหมาะสม และการส่งต่อองค์ความรู้จากผู้ผ่านการอบรมไปยังสมาชิกและผู้ประกอบการไทย เพื่อขยายผลการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้ครอบคลุมยิ่งขึ้น

ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังหารือแนวทางสนับสนุนนักลงทุนจีนที่เข้ามาดำเนินธุรกิจในประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการจัดอบรมด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร รูปแบบการบริหาร และวิธีการทำงานของไทยและจีน เพื่อลดอุปสรรคในการประสานงานและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจร่วมกัน

สถานทูตจีนได้รับทราบข้อเสนอของ ส.อ.ท. และจะนำไปพิจารณาพร้อมประสานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางดำเนินความร่วมมือต่อไป โดย ส.อ.ท. มุ่งหวังให้ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ช่วยเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการไทยกับพันธมิตรจีนได้อย่างใกล้ชิดยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งด้านการค้า การลงทุน การพัฒนาบุคลากร และห่วงโซ่อุปทาน เพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจและเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย

On October 22, 2026, the Thai–Chinese Economic and Investment Institute (TCEII), led by Veerachai Monsintorn, Chairman of the Institute, along with Vice Chairman Li Pei, and board members Worawit Jamroenlerd and Suphachai Kritphonchai, visited Mr. Zhang Xiaoxiao, Economic and Trade Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Thailand, to discuss ways to promote cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, investment, and the development of entrepreneurial capabilities at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Thailand.

[ Connecting Thai–Chinese Businesses to Enhance Supply Chain Opportunities ]
FTI proposed that the Chinese Embassy serve as a central mechanism to connect cooperation with State-Owned Enterprises and relevant authorities in China through activities such as opinion exchanges, study tours, and business matching to create a network of partnerships and increase trade and investment opportunities between the two countries.

Additionally, FTI emphasizes the importance of connecting supply chains by suggesting the addition of in-depth activities beyond participation in trade shows, such as training Thai entrepreneurs and organizing study tours of Chinese factories to learn about production processes, product standards, and procurement terms of Chinese companies. This will help entrepreneurs apply their knowledge to enhance production and increase opportunities to supply products, raw materials, or components to Chinese companies in the future.

[ Enhancing Opportunities for Personnel Development and Supporting Investments ]
Regarding personnel development, both parties discussed the annual training program for 2027, where the Chinese Embassy indicated they are awaiting details from the central agency in Beijing and would strive to support an increase in quotas for FTI members.

Meanwhile, FTI expressed gratitude for the past support, emphasizing the selection of suitable personnel and the transfer of knowledge from trained individuals to Thai members and entrepreneurs to further expand personnel development.

Both parties also discussed ways to support Chinese investors entering business operations in Thailand, particularly in creating an understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as conducting training in corporate culture, management styles, and working methods of Thailand and China to reduce obstacles in coordination and enhance the effectiveness of joint business operations.

The Chinese Embassy acknowledged FTI's proposals and will consider them while coordinating with relevant agencies to explore further cooperation mechanisms. FTI aims for this collaboration to help connect Thai entrepreneurs more closely with Chinese partners in terms of trade, investment, personnel development, and supply chains to create business opportunities and strengthen the Thai industrial sector.
