เมื่อวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกริช อึ้งวิฑูรสถิตย์ ประธานสภาธุรกิจไทย-เมียนมาและคณะ ได้ดำเนินการส่งมอบความช่วยเหลือด้านการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน เพื่อสนับสนุนการฟื้นฟูและดูแลผู้ประสบภัยจากเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหวครั้งล่าสุดในเมียนมา ณ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กรุงเนปิดอว์
สิ่งของที่ส่งมอบประกอบด้วย
• เครื่องฟอกไต (Hemodialysis Machine) จำนวน 5 เครื่อง
• เครื่องมือทางการแพทย์และยารักษาโรคที่จำเป็นอื่น ๆ
ความช่วยเหลือดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการรักษาพยาบาลและดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตที่ได้รับผลกระทบ โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับความเสียหายอย่างหนัก
ทั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก Dr. Thet Khaing Win รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขแห่งสาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมา เป็นผู้รับมอบฃเพื่อนำไปกระจายสู่ระบบสาธารณสุข และส่งต่อเพื่อใช้ในการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยในเขตมัณฑะเลย์ต่อไป
นายกริช กล่าวในระหว่างพิธีส่งมอบว่า
“แม้เหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหวจะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา แต่ความต้องการในการดูแลรักษาพยาบาลและการฟื้นฟูยังคงมีอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่อง สภาธุรกิจไทย-เมียนมาจึงมุ่งมั่นที่จะนำความช่วยเหลือที่จำเป็นยิ่งนี้มามอบให้แก่พี่น้องชาวเมียนมา
เราขอส่งความปรารถนาดีและความห่วงใยอย่างที่สุด พร้อมทั้งขอให้ประชาชนชาวเมียนมาทุกคนมีกำลังใจที่เข้มแข็งในการก้าวผ่านช่วงเวลาแห่งการฟื้นฟูนี้ไปได้โดยเร็ว ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยและเมียนมาจะยังคงยืนหยัดเคียงข้างกันเสมอในทุกสถานการณ์”
การส่งมอบครั้งนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความผูกพันอันแน่นแฟ้น และความมุ่งมั่นของภาคเอกชนไทยในการสนับสนุนด้านมนุษยธรรมแก่ประเทศเพื่อนบ้านในยามวิกฤต
On December 15, 2025, Mr. Krit Ungwithunrasa-thit, President of the Thai-Myanmar Business Council, along with his team, conducted the delivery of emergency medical aid to support the recovery and care of individuals affected by the recent earthquake in Myanmar at the Ministry of Health in Naypyidaw.
The delivered items included
• 5 Hemodialysis Machines
• Other essential medical equipment and medications
This assistance aims to enhance the capacity of medical care and support for critically ill patients affected, particularly in severely damaged areas.
Dr. Thet Khaing Win, the Minister of Health of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, has honored us by accepting the delivery to distribute within the healthcare system and provide assistance to disaster victims in the Mandalay region.
Mr. Krit stated during the handover ceremony
“Although the earthquake occurred on March 28, the demand for medical care and recovery remains ongoing. The Thai-Myanmar Business Council is committed to providing this essential assistance to our brothers and sisters in Myanmar.
We wish to extend our best wishes and utmost concern, and hope that all Myanmar citizens maintain the strength to overcome this recovery period swiftly. The relationship between Thailand and Myanmar will always stand strong together in every situation.”
This delivery reflects the strong commitment and determination of the Thai private sector in supporting humanitarian efforts for neighboring countries in times of crisis.
