On December 4, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in the opening of the event themed “Foreseeing the Future, Innovating the Present,” alongside Mr. Watit Chokwatana, Chairman of the ASEAN and Logistics Division, who served as a keynote speaker on the topic “Digitalization Driving Supply Chain Efficiency” at Iconsiam, 7th floor, Bangkok.
This conference emphasized the creation of a digital ecosystem between China and Southeast Asia to enhance cooperation in technology and modern retail, covering areas from smart retail, intelligent logistics, omni-channel strategies, to the application of artificial intelligence in the retail industry.
Key topics of the event focused on:
• Digital Logistics
• Seamless Customer Experience
• Cross-border E-commerce
Mr. Watit stated that the supply chain system is very complex, and currently, no company has fully transitioned it to digital. However, within the next 5–10 years, many industries will undergo significant changes. The key point is not merely to adopt technology, but to create new business models and revenue streams that will arise from a fully digital supply chain.
