เมื่อวันพุธที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) โดยสายงานสื่อสารองค์กร จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives” เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารและการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้บริหารระดับสูง โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายนาวา จันทนสุรคน ประธานสายงานสื่อสารองค์กร ส.อ.ท. เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์และทักษะการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารยุคใหม่ ณ ห้องประชุม 1012 ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
การอบรมครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างทักษะการสื่อสารอย่างมืออาชีพ ทั้งในด้านการให้สัมภาษณ์ การตอบคำถามสื่อ การแสดงออกต่อสาธารณะ รวมถึงการควบคุมอารมณ์ บุคลิกภาพ และการแต่งกาย เพื่อให้ผู้บริหารสามารถทำหน้าที่ตัวแทนขององค์กรได้อย่างมั่นใจและน่าเชื่อถือ สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกภาคส่วน
ภายในกิจกรรม ได้รับเกียรติจากนายโศภณ นวรัตนาพงษ์ ผู้ประกาศข่าวและผู้ดำเนินรายการจาก TNN ช่อง 16 มาร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการทำงานกับสื่อมวลชน พร้อมฝึกเทคนิคการตอบคำถามในสถานการณ์จริง และนายปรีดิยุช รัตนงาม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ ที่มาเสริมเทคนิคการปรับบุคลิกภาพและการนำเสนอภาพลักษณ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้บริหาร
การอบรมนี้จัดขึ้นสำหรับคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. กลุ่มส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรม และสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ซึ่งนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำอุตสาหกรรมไทย ให้พร้อมสื่อสารเชิงรุก สร้างความเชื่อมั่น และยืนหยัดเป็นผู้นำทางความคิดในเวทีธุรกิจไทยอย่างแท้จริง
On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through its corporate communication division, organized a workshop titled “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives” to develop appropriate communication skills and image building for senior executives. The workshop was honored by Mr. Nawa Jantanasurakhan, Chairman of the Corporate Communication Division of FTI, who opened the event, emphasizing the importance of enhancing image and communication skills for modern executives held in Meeting Room 1012 on the 10th floor of FTI.
The training focused on enhancing professional communication skills, including interviewing techniques, responding to media inquiries, public expressions, as well as managing emotions, personality, and dressing appropriately to enable executives to represent the organization confidently and credibly, building trust with stakeholders across all sectors.
The event featured Mr. Sophon Nawaratnapong, a news anchor and program host from TNN Channel 16, who shared his firsthand experience working with the media, along with training techniques on answering questions in real situations. Additionally, Mr. Pridyut Rattanakam, an expert in personality development, provided insights on adapting personality and presenting an appropriate image for executives.
This training was organized for the FTI Board of Directors, Industry Promotion and Support Groups, and Provincial Industry Councils, representing another significant step in enhancing the potential of Thai industrial leaders, enabling them to communicate proactively, build confidence, and firmly establish themselves as thought leaders in the Thai business arena.
