เมื่อวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2568 นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายวิศิษฎ์ ลิ้มประนะ ประธานสภาธุรกิจไทย-ฟิลิปปินส์ เข้าร่วมงานเลี้ยงรับรองเพื่อแสดงความยินดีกับนางมิลลิเซนต์ ครูซ - ปาเรเดส (H.E.Mrs. Millicent Cruz-Paredes) เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ประจำประเทศไทย เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 127 ปี วันแห่งการประกาศอิสรภาพของฟิลิปปินส์ ณ โรงแรมสยาม เคมปินสกี้ กรุงเทพฯ
ทั้งนี้ ประเทศไทยและฟิลิปปินส์มีความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นและยาวนานกว่า 76 ปี ครอบคลุมหลายด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง ความมั่นคง การศึกษา และวัฒนธรรม ในระยะที่ผ่านมาการค้ามีการขยายตัวกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง และสำหรับในระดับเอกชนไทยและฟิลิปปินส์มีความร่วมมือร่วมกันอย่างเข้มแข็ง ซึ่งนับว่าเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของทั้งสองประเทศ
On June 12, 2025, Ms. Petcharat Ekkasangkul, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Wisit Limpran, Chairman of the Thai-Philippines Business Council, attended a reception to congratulate H.E. Mrs. Millicent Cruz-Paredes, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Thailand, on the occasion of the 127th anniversary of Philippine Independence at the Siam Kempinski Hotel, Bangkok.
Thailand and the Philippines have maintained strong and long-lasting relations for over 76 years, covering various sectors including economy, politics, security, education, and culture. Recently, trade has been continuously expanding, and the private sectors of both Thailand and the Philippines have established strong cooperation, which serves as an important mechanism for driving the economies of both countries.
