เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 31 มีนาคม 2568 นายชาติชาย พานิชชีวะ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมแสดงความยินดีในงานพิธีเปิด Thailand Investment and Expat Services Center (TIESC) โดยมีนางสาวแพทองธาร ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธาน พร้อมด้วยคณะรัฐมนตรี ผู้บริหารระดับสูงภาคเอกชน เอกอัครราชทูตประเทศต่างๆเข้าร่วมงาน ณ บริเวณ ชั้น 7 โซนพาเหรด อาคาร One Bangkok
ศูนย์ TIESC เป็นศูนย์กลางการให้บริการแก่นักลงทุนต่างชาติ ซึ่งได้รวมบริการของ “ศูนย์ประสานการบริการด้านการลงทุน” (One Start One Stop Investment Center: OSOS) ซึ่งให้บริการคำปรึกษาและข้อมูลอย่างครบวงจรแก่นักลงทุนต่างชาติที่ต้องการลงทุนในประเทศไทย รวมทั้งช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการประสานหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดตั้งธุรกิจมาร่วมให้ข้อมูลเป็นจุดเดียว และ “ศูนย์บริการวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน” (One Stop Service for Visa and Work Permit) เป็นศูนย์ให้บริการครบวงจรด้านวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน ซึ่งเป็นการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างบีโอไอ สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง และกรมการจัดหางาน โดยยกบริการของทั้ง 3 หน่วยงานมาไว้ ณ จุดเดียว
On Monday, March 31, 2025, Mr. Chatichai Panichwatanawong, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in the opening ceremony of the Thailand Investment and Expat Services Center (TIESC), which was presided over by Ms. Phaethongthar Shinawatra, the Prime Minister, along with members of the Cabinet, senior executives from the private sector, and ambassadors from various countries attending the event at the 7th floor, Parade Zone, One Bangkok Building.
The TIESC is a central service hub for foreign investors, which consolidates services from the “One Start One Stop Investment Center (OSOS)” that provides comprehensive consultation and information for foreign investors wishing to invest in Thailand. It also facilitates coordination with relevant government agencies for business establishment information in one location. Additionally, it includes the “One Stop Service for Visa and Work Permit,” which is a comprehensive service center for visas and work permits. This service is a collaboration among the BOI, Immigration Bureau, and Department of Employment, bringing the services of these three agencies to one location.
