นายชาติชาย พานิชชีวะ นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล นายถาวร ชลัษเฐียร และนางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง เข้าร่วมงานฉลองครบรอบ 70 ปี หอการค้าญี่ปุ่น-กรุงเทพฯ (JCC) โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายพิชัย นริพทะพันธุ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ กล่าวปาฐกถาพิเศษ ณ สนามเทพหัสดิน
ญี่ปุ่นเป็นคู่ค้าสำคัญอันดับที่ 3 ของไทย โดยในปี 2567 มีมูลค่าการค้ารวม 52,020.4 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ และญี่ปุ่นเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศที่มีการยื่นขอ รับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนในไทยสูงสุด โดยในปีที่ผ่านมา มีโครงการลงทุนจากญี่ปุ่นจำนวน 271 โครงการ คิดเป็นมูลค่ารวมกว่า 49,148 ล้านบาท และยังคงให้ความสนใจในการขยายการลงทุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมอนาคต เช่น PCB เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ AI Data Center ดิจิทัล และพลังงานสะอาด เป็นต้น

They were honored by the presence of Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce, who delivered a keynote speech at the Thephasadin Stadium.
Japan is Thailand's third-largest trade partner, with a total trade value of 52,020.4 million USD in 2024. Japan is also one of the countries with the highest investment promotion applications in Thailand. In the past year, there were 271 investment projects from Japan, amounting to over 49,148 million baht, and they continue to show interest in expanding their investment, particularly in future industries such as PCBs, semiconductors, AI, data centers, digital technology, and clean energy.
