เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 27 มกราคม 2568 คณะผู้บริหารสถาบันน้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) นำโดยนายธีระพล ติรวศิน กรรมการสถาบันฯ และประธานคณะทำงานยกระดับโรงงาน Eco Industry นายนพกฤษฎิ์ ศิริธีรเมธารัฐ รองประธานคณะทำงานยกระดับโรงงาน Eco Industry นายสุวรรณ์ เด่นมาลัย คณะทำงานยกระดับโรงงาน Eco Industry เข้าพบนายเอกนัฏ พร้อมพันธุ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และ ดร.สุเมธ ตั้งประเสริฐ กรรมการการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (กนอ.) รักษาการผู้ว่าการ กนอ. เนื่องในโอกาสสวัสดีปีใหม่ ณ กนอ.
ในการนี้ ทาง ส.อ.ท. ได้ร่วมกันหารือแนวทางส่งเสริมนิคมอุตสาหกรรมหมุนเวียน (Circular) สนับสนุนนโยบาย “ตรวจสุดซอยโรงงานสีเทา” เพื่อบังคับใช้กฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยเฉพาะการแก้ไขปัญหากากอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงการส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการกำจัดของเสีย (Waste Processor) ที่ได้มาตรฐาน “Eco Factory for Waste Processor” เพื่อยกระดับการจัดการกากอุตสาหกรรม
On Monday, January 27, 2025, a delegation from the Water and Environment Institute for Industry of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), led by Mr. Theerapol Tirawehsin, Committee Member of the Institute and Chairman of the Eco Industry Factory Upgrade Working Group, Mr. Nopakrit Sirithirametharath, Vice Chairman of the Eco Industry Factory Upgrade Working Group, and Mr. Suwann Dentaalai, a member of the Eco Industry Factory Upgrade Working Group, met with Mr. Aeknat Prompan, Minister of Industry, and Dr. Sumet Tangprasert, Board Member of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and Acting Governor of IEAT, on the occasion of New Year's greetings at IEAT.
During this meeting, FTI and the representatives discussed ways to promote circular industrial estates, supporting the policy of “strict inspections of gray factories” to enforce laws rigorously, particularly focusing on solving industrial waste issues, as well as promoting waste processing operators who achieve the “Eco Factory for Waste Processor” standard to enhance the management of industrial waste.
