เมื่อวันที่ 21 มกราคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) ได้แก่ นายอภิชิต ประรัตน์ ดร.จิราภรณ์ วิริยะพงษากุล นายจิรบูลย์ วิทยสิงห์ นางศศิธร พงศ์อดิศักดิ์ ดร.สมชัย ว่องอรุณ และนายบุญชู สมบูรณ์ศักดิกุล ให้การต้อนรับหน่วยงานพันธมิตร 4 หน่วยงาน เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือปี 2568 ณ ห้องมงคลสุธี ส.อ.ท.
หน่วยงานพันธมิตร 4 หน่วยงาน ดังนี้
1. บรรษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม (บสย.) โดยนายสิทธิกร ดิเรกสุนทร กรรมการและผู้จัดการทั่วไป บสย. พร้อมด้วยคณะ หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในการสานต่อสนับสนุนสมาชิกของ ส.อ.ท. โดยร่วมกันจัดทำคลินิกทางการเงิน ร่วมกับบสย. เพื่อช่วยให้คำปรึกษาแก่สมาชิก
2. บริษัท มีที่ มีเงิน จำกัด โดยนายกฤตปุณย์ ชาติวิริยะอำนวย รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารสายงานพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการตลาด พร้อมด้วยคณะ หารือสินเชื่อที่ดินสำหรับสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. เพื่อช่วยเหลือภาคธุรกิจที่ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนที่เป็นสถาบันการเงินได้
3. บริษัท บริหารสินทรัพย์สุขุมวิท จำกัด (บสส.) หรือ SAM โดยนายสุรงค์ สุวรรณวานิช ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการอาวุโส สายงานบริหารหนี้ และรักษาการกลุ่มงานบริหารหนี้ หารือถึงความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานในอนาคต ในการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้ภาคครัวเรือน ผ่านโครงการคลินิกแก้หนี้โดย SAM เพื่อช่วยเหลือลูกหนี้ที่ไม่มีหลักทรัพย์หรือมีปัญหา NPL
4. ธนาคารออมสิน โดยนางสุดารัตน์ กลิ่นเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายนโยบายรัฐและสถาบันการเงินประชาชน ธนาคารออมสิน หารือแนวทางการช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบการ SMEs โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มรายย่อยและภาคธุรกิจให้เข้าถึงสินเชื่อ GSB อาทิ สินเชื่อธุรกิจ GSB D-Home สินเชื่อ GSB Smooth Biz สินเชื่อสวัสดิการ เป็นต้น
On January 21, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Tiranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with the Board of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Institute (SMI), including Mr. Apichit Prarat, Dr. Jiraphoorn Wiriyapongakul, Mr. Jiraboon Wittyasingh, Mrs. Sasithorn Pongadisak, Dr. Somchai Wong-arin, and Mr. Boonchue Soombun-sakdikul, welcomed four partner agencies to discuss cooperation for the year 2025 at the Mongkolsuthee Room of FTI.
The four partner agencies are as follows:
1. The Small and Medium Enterprise Credit Guarantee Corporation (SจีNG) represented by Mr. Sitthikorn Direksunthorn, Board Member and General Manager of SจีNG, along with his team, discussed cooperation to support FTI members by jointly establishing a financial clinic in collaboration with SจีNG to provide counsel to members.
2. Mit มี่ มีเงิน Company Limited, represented by Mr. Kritpun Chattiwiriyaamnuay, Executive Vice President for Product Development and Marketing, along with his team, discussed land loan options for FTI members to assist businesses that cannot access financial institutions.
3. The Asset Management Corporation (AMC) represented by Mr. Surong Suwannawanit, Senior Assistant Managing Director of Debt Management, and Acting Head of Debt Management, discussed future cooperation between agencies in addressing household debt issues through the debt clinic project by AMC to assist debtors without collateral or facing NPL issues.
4. Government Savings Bank (GSB) represented by Ms. Sudarat Klinjaroen, Director of State Policy and Public Financial Institutions, and GSB discussed assistance measures for SMEs, especially for small and micro-businesses, to access GSB loans, such as GSB D-Home loans, GSB Smooth Biz loans, and welfare loans, among others.
