ในยุคที่องค์กรมีการเชื่อมโยงและใช้บริการจากคู่ค้า ผู้รับจ้าง และผู้ให้บริการภายนอกมากขึ้น การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลระหว่างองค์กรจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง หลักสูตรนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทและความรับผิดชอบของ Data Controller และ Data Processor ตลอดจนแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงจากคู่ค้าหรือคู่สัญญา การจัดทำ Data Processing Agreement (DPA) / Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) และข้อกำหนดสำคัญในสัญญาให้สอดคล้องกับ พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) พร้อมกรณีศึกษาเพื่อให้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการดำเนินงานขององค์กรได้อย่างเหมาะสม

As organizations increasingly rely on vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers, effective management of personal data shared between organizations has become essential. This course provides a practical understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Data Controllers and Data Processors, as well as approaches to managing third-party and contractual risks. Participants will learn how to properly prepare Data Processing Agreements (DPA), Data Sharing Agreements (DSA), and key contractual provisions in compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). Practical case studies will also be incorporated to help participants apply the knowledge effectively within their organizations.

ในปัจจุบัน องค์กรมีการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกจ้างในหลายกระบวนการ ตั้งแต่การสมัครงาน การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล การประเมินผล ไปจนถึงการสิ้นสุดการจ้างงาน การดำเนินการดังกล่าวจึงจำเป็นต้องเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง เหมาะสม และสอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) หลักสูตรนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกจ้าง ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่หลักการสำคัญของ PDPA และ GDPR วงจรชีวิตข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Life Cycle) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลภายในองค์กร ตลอดจนการลดความเสี่ยงด้านกฎหมาย เพื่อให้องค์กรสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ

Organizations collect, use, and disclose employees’ personal data throughout various stages of employment, from recruitment and human resource management to performance evaluation and termination. These activities must therefore be managed appropriately and in compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). This course is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of employee personal data protection. It covers key principles of the PDPA and GDPR, the Personal Data Life Cycle, proper organizational data management practices, and approaches to minimizing legal and personal data protection risks. Participants will be able to apply the knowledge gained to establish more effective, systematic, and compliant personal data management practices within their organizations.
