วิสัยทัศน์
“เป็นสถาบันที่ผลักดันให้เกิดการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานสะอาด และสนับสนุนการปรับโครงสร้างพลังงาน เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางพลังงาน ลดต้นทุนให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรม และมุ่งสู่การผลิตคาร์บอนต่ำได้อย่างยั่งยืน”
พันธกิจ
- ส่งเสริม และสนับสนุนการเปิดให้เอกชนสามารถซื้อขายไฟฟ้าโดยตรง (Direct PPA) ผ่าน Third Party Access (TPA) ด้วยราคาที่เหมาะสม และเป็นธรรมต่อทุกภาคส่วน
- ขับเคลื่อนการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และการใช้พลังงานสะอาด ในภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อลดต้นทุน และมุ่งสู่การผลิตคาร์บอนต่ำ
- สนับสนุนให้ประเทศไทยใช้ศักยภาพด้านพลังงานชีวภาพภายในประเทศ ทั้ง Biomass Ethanol และ Biodiesel อย่างครบวงจร ทั้งการผลักดันเชิง Strategic Fuel และ Firm Energy ด้วยการสร้างประโยชน์ร่วมกันระหว่างภาคพลังงาน ภาคอุตสาหกรรม และภาคการเกษตร เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานของประเทศ
- เป็นศูนย์กลางข้อมูล ที่ช่วยส่งเสริม และสนับสนุนการถ่ายทอดความรู้ ด้านการประหยัดพลังงาน ด้านพลังงานสะอาด และด้านเทคโนโลยี/นวัตกรรมพลังงาน ให้แก่ภาคอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสานงานความร่วมมือกับภาครัฐ และทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อร่วมกันสนับสนุนภาคอุตสาหกรรมในด้านพลังงาน

Vision
“To be an institution that promotes the efficient use of energy, encourages the use of clean energy, and supports energy restructuring to create energy security, reduce costs for the industrial sector, and move towards sustainable low-carbon production.”
Mission
- Promote and support the opening of opportunities for the private sector to trade electricity directly (Direct PPA) through Third Party Access (TPA) with reasonable and fair prices for all sectors.
- Drive the efficient use of energy and clean energy in the industrial sector to reduce costs and move towards low-carbon production.
- Support Thailand in utilizing domestic biomass energy potential, including Biomass Ethanol and Biodiesel in a comprehensive manner by promoting Strategic Fuel and Firm Energy with mutual benefits among the energy sector, industrial sector, and agriculture sector to enhance national energy security.
- Serve as a data center that helps promote and support the transfer of knowledge on energy saving, clean energy, and energy technology/innovation to the industrial sector.
- Coordinate collaboration with government agencies and all relevant sectors to jointly support the industrial sector in energy matters.

4. Hold the annual academic seminar Energy Symposium 2026.

6. Promote energy conservation and renewable energy activities through the ESCO mechanism.
