To enhance the stability and elevate the standards of Thai labor in order to promote competitiveness and sustainability in the industrial sector.

(M1) Serve as a central hub for receiving feedback from entrepreneurs to propose policies and measures to address problems and complaints related to labor in the industrial sector to relevant agencies.
(M2) Analyze the trends in labor demand in the industrial sector and maintain labor balance (demand and supply).
(M3) Study the impacts of labor law enforcement and propose solutions for improvement to ensure that enforcement is beneficial and effective for the industrial sector.
(M4) Promote and develop labor productivity to support the growth of the industrial sector.
(M5) Provide consultations on labor management and labor law.
(M6) Disseminate knowledge regarding labor management and labor law.
(M7) Publish information regarding labor situations and academic work to serve as a resource for entrepreneurs in business planning.

1. Policy and Law Listen to feedback from entrepreneurs regarding various issues and the impacts of labor law enforcement. Propose solutions for improvement to ensure that enforcement is beneficial and effective for the industrial sector.
2. Data and Analysis Analyze and survey trends in labor demand (demand-supply) and wage rates in the industrial sector, and disseminate this information to member entrepreneurs for workforce planning.
3. Knowledge Development and Dissemination Establish a labor database and distribute it to members for the development of their businesses.
4. Consultation and Information Dissemination Provide consultations on labor management and disseminate information regarding labor situations for entrepreneurs' business planning.
