สร้างทรัพยากรมนุษย์ภาคอุตสาหกรรม รองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงพร้อมปรับปรุงด้วยนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี 4.0 ด้วยแนวคิด BCG Model
HCBi — Mission
1. สร้างบุคลากรภาคอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมส่งเสริมการเพิ่ม Productivity และ Cost Effectiveness ด้วยการทำ Learn and Clean ตามแนวคิด BCG Model เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันระดับโลก
2. ร่วมกำหนดมาตรฐานอาชีพ กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เพื่อยกระดับบุคลากรภาคอุตสาหกรรม เทียบเท่าระดับสากล
3. ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนนโยบายการศึกษา ระดับอาชีวศึกษาและอุดมศึกษา เตรียมความพร้อมกำลังคนให้มีคุณภาพ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการภาคอุตสาหกรรม
2. ร่วมกำหนดมาตรฐานอาชีพ กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เพื่อยกระดับบุคลากรภาคอุตสาหกรรม เทียบเท่าระดับสากล
3. ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนนโยบายการศึกษา ระดับอาชีวศึกษาและอุดมศึกษา เตรียมความพร้อมกำลังคนให้มีคุณภาพ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการภาคอุตสาหกรรม
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของหน่วยงาน
1. พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรภาคอุตสาหกรรม ผ่านหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมทั้ง Public Training และ In-House Training
2. พัฒนาหลักสูตรผู้บริหารและบุคลากร เช่น หลักสูตร CEO, Factory Management, Supervisor, Leader, HR และหลักสูตรด้านการบริหาร เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถขององค์กร
3. ส่งเสริมมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานและระบบ Pay by Skill พร้อมผลักดันการรับรองทักษะและมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
4. สร้างความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนากำลังคน เชื่อมโยงสถานประกอบการ สถานศึกษา และองค์กรทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพภาคอุตสาหกรรม
5. จัดสอบและประเมินสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ตามมาตรฐานอาชีพและมาตรฐานสมรรถนะเพื่อการทำงาน เช่น การประเมินมาตรฐานอาชีพด้านบัญชี และการประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารสายการผลิต
6. ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาศักยภาพคนและภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย ผ่านการเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ ข่าวสาร และการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน

Develop human resources in the industrial sector to support change while improving with innovation and Technology 4.0, following the BCG Model concept.
HCBi — Mission
