เมื่อวันที่ 14 มิถุนายน 2567 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) เป็นผู้แทน ส.อ.ท. ร่วมลงนาม MOU ขับเคลื่อน SME Clinic ที่จะมีขึ้นในงาน “มหกรรมรวมพลัง SME ไทย : THAILAND SME SYNERGY EXPO 2024” งานยิ่งใหญ่แห่งปีเพื่อชาว SME ไทย ณ ห้องบุรฉัตรไชยากร ชั้น 4 สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์ โดยงานครั้งนี้ จะจัดขึ้นภายใต้ความร่วมมือของกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) และหน่วยงานพันธมิตร ระหว่างวันที่ 19-23 มิถุนายน 2567 ณ Hall 5-6 ชั้น LG ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
ภายในงานจะได้พบกับ 6 ไฮไลท์สำคัญในการช่วยแก้ปัญหาให้ SME และ แฟรนไชส์สร้างอาชีพเพื่อผู้ว่างงาน ดัน GDP SME ไทย ทะยานแตะ 40% ในปี 2570 ซึ่งประกอบด้วย
1) ทำเลการค้าพิเศษ โดยประชาชนทั่วไป ผู้ว่างงานที่ต้องการมีอาชีพ มีรายได้ และต้องการเติบโตทางธุรกิจ สามารถมาเดินงานนี้เพื่อเลือกทำเลการค้าราคาพิเศษกว่า 19,000 ทำเลจากเจ้าของพื้นที่ทั้งสถานีบริการน้ำมัน ห้างค้าปลีกขนาดใหญ่ ห้างสรรพสินค้า ตลอดจนตลาดชุมชน ทั้งในกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด โดยเจ้าของพื้นที่พร้อมมอบส่วนลดพิเศษให้ SME เช่น ปลอดค่าเช่าตลอดสัญญาชำระเฉพาะค่าสาธารณูปโภค ทดลองขาย 2 เดือนเหมาจ่ายเริ่มต้น 2,000 – 4,000 บาท ฟรีค่าเช่าพื้นที่ 3 เดือนแรก เป็นต้น โดยสามารถพูดคุยต่อรองราคากับเจ้าของพื้นที่ได้ทันที
2) บริการ “SME Clinic” ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงพาณิชย์และพันธมิตร ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน รวม 22 หน่วยงาน ที่พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ ให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ SME ในเรื่องต่างๆ เพื่อติดอาวุธและเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันของ SME ไทย
3) ธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์มาร่วมออกบูธกว่า 60 ราย ดังนั้น ผู้ที่ต้องการสร้างอาชีพ เสริมรายได้ด้วยธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ จะได้พบปะกับเจ้าของแฟรนไชส์ที่พร้อมเจรจาจับคู่ธุรกิจในงาน โดยแบ่งเป็น 6 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม การศึกษา บริการ ความงามและสปา และค้าปลีก โดยมีแพ็กเกจแฟรนไชส์หลายราคา หลายรูปแบบ และส่วนลดสูงสุดถึง 30% ตั้งแต่ 5,000 – 100,000 บาท
4) การต่อยอดจากงานครั้งนี้ กระทรวงพาณิชย์จะสรรหาทำเลการค้าเพิ่มเติมอย่างต่อเนื่อง และทำงานร่วมกับเครือข่ายต่างๆ อาทิ สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย สมาพันธ์เอสเอ็มอีไทย เครือข่ายธุรกิจ มอค บิส คลับ ประเทศไทย เพื่อหาทำเลการค้าราคาพิเศษให้ผู้สนใจ
5) สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการแหล่งเงินทุนในการทำธุรกิจ ภายในงานมีแพ็กเกจสินเชื่อพิเศษสำหรับ SME จากสถาบันการเงินชั้นนำ เช่น ธนาคาร บริษัทประกัน รวม 18 หน่วยงาน วงเงินให้กู้รวม 45,000 ล้านบาท มีอัตราสินเชื่อพิเศษตั้งแต่อัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่ 0% ต่อปี 3 เดือนแรก ลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยปีแรก 0.25% สำหรับผู้ประกอบการขนาด S และอัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่ 1% ต่อเดือน สำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพอิสระรายย่อย เป็นต้น
6) เวทีกลางเสริมทักษะให้ SME จากวิทยากรมืออาชีพที่เชี่ยวชาญมาพูดในงานนี้เป็นพิเศษ ดังนั้น SME ที่ต้องการติดอาวุธ เพื่อต่อยอดศักยภาพในการทำธุรกิจ สามารถรับฟังประสบการณ์และองค์ความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านต่างๆ โดยมีหัวข้อที่น่าสนใจ อาทิ เทคนิคการบริหารธุรกิจ การทำบัญชีง่ายๆ อย่างมืออาชีพ กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด ธุรกิจสีเขียว AI และเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ ที่เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับธุรกิจ SME เป็นต้น โดยคาดว่า การจัดงาน 5 วัน จะสามารถสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจไม่ต่ำกว่า 140 ล้านบาท
On June 14, 2024, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute of Manufacturing Industry (SMI), represented FTI in signing an MOU to drive the SME Clinic that will take place at the “Thailand SME Synergy Expo 2024,” the grand event of the year for Thai SMEs at Burachatchaiyakorn Room, 4th Floor, Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce. This event will be organized in collaboration with the Department of Business Development and the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) along with partner organizations from June 19 to 23, 2024, at Hall 5-6, LG Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
At the event, there will be 6 key highlights aimed at solving problems for SMEs and franchises, creating jobs for the unemployed, and pushing Thailand's SME GDP to reach 40% by 2027, which include:
1) Special commercial locations, where the general public and unemployed individuals who wish to start a business and earn income can attend this event to select from over 19,000 special-priced commercial locations offered by owners of various spaces such as gas stations, large retail stores, department stores, as well as community markets in Bangkok and provincial areas. The space owners will provide special discounts to SMEs, such as waiving rental fees throughout the contract, paying only utility costs, trial sales for 2 months at a flat rate starting from 2,000 – 4,000 THB, and free rental of space for the first 3 months, among others. Negotiations on pricing with the space owners can be conducted immediately.
2) The “SME Clinic” service, which is a collaboration between the Ministry of Commerce and partners from both public and private sectors, comprising 22 agencies ready to provide consulting and knowledge to SME entrepreneurs on various matters to equip them and enhance their competitiveness.
3) Over 60 franchise businesses will participate in booths; therefore, those interested in starting a career and supplementing income through franchising will have the opportunity to meet with franchise owners who are prepared to discuss business partnerships at the event. This will include 6 groups: food, beverage, education, services, beauty and spa, and retail, with franchise packages of various prices and forms, offering discounts of up to 30% ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 THB.
4) Following this event, the Ministry of Commerce will continuously seek additional commercial locations and collaborate with various networks, such as the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Thai Industries, Thai SME Federation, and Moc Biz Club Thailand to find special-priced trading locations for interested parties.
5) For those seeking funding for their business, the event will feature special loan packages for SMEs from leading financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies, totaling 18 agencies, with a total borrowing limit of 45 billion THB, and a special interest rate starting from a fixed rate of 0% annually for the first 3 months, a 0.25% reduction in the first year's interest rate for small entrepreneurs, and a fixed interest rate of 1% per month for small independent operators, among others.
6) A central stage will enhance skills for SMEs with professional speakers who are experts in various fields. Thus, SMEs wanting to arm themselves to enhance their business capabilities can listen to experiences and knowledge from specialists on various topics of interest, such as business management techniques, simple professional accounting, marketing strategies, green business, AI, and various technologies that serve as tools for SMEs. It is expected that the 5-day event will generate economic value of no less than 140 million THB.
