เมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2567 นายวิกรม วัชระคุปต์ รองประธานสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการเกษตร สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมงานสัมมนาการให้บริการเครื่องจักรและสาธิตการใช้เทคโนโลยี สำหรับพืชกลุ่ม “ข้าว” ในงาน Rice Processing Machine and Innovation Showcase โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.เกรียงยุทธ ผิวอ่อน ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มเครื่องจักรกลและเทคโนโลยีการจัดการเกษตรอุตสาหกรรม เป็นประธานเปิดงาน และนายสุกรรณ์ สังข์วรรณะ นายกสมาคมเกษตรปลอดภัยให้เกียรติกล่าวต้อนรับ
งานนี้จัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือระหว่างกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กองพัฒนาเกษตรอุตสาหกรรม และ ส.อ.ท. โดยสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการเกษตร เพื่อส่งเสริมการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการยกระดับและพัฒนาธุรกิจเกษตรของไทย โดยสนับสนุนให้ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจเกษตรและกลุ่มเกษตรกร สามารถเข้าถึงเครื่องจักรและเทคโนโลยี ณ สมาคมเกษตรปลอดภัย อำเภอหนองหญ้าไซ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี
ภายในงาน มีการบรรยายและการสาธิตเครื่องจักรและเทคโนโลยีในการผลิตและการแปรรูปสำหรับพืชกลุ่มข้าวจากผู้ให้บริการที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “สร้างการรับรู้และส่งเสริมเกษตรอุตสาหกรรม” โดยในครั้งนี้มีการนำเสนอ 8 เทคโนโลยี ได้แก่ (1) เทคโนโลยีการทำนาสภาพไร่ (2) แอปพลิเคชัน “U-Tech Farm” สำหรับการเข้าถึง Big Data ทางการเกษตร (3) เครื่องสีข้าวเพื่อชุมชน 3 in 1 (4) หินสีข้าว (5) ลูกยางสีข้าว (6) โดรนการเกษตร (จำหน่ายและให้เช่า) (7) ระบบ AI ตรวจสอบสายพันธุ์ข้าว และ (8) เครื่องบีบสกัดน้ำมันรำข้าว
งานดังกล่าวได้รับความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดี โดยมีผู้ร่วมงานจากสภาเกษตรกรจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี สมาคมเกษตรปลอดภัย อบต.หนองหญ้าไซ ผู้ประกอบการโรงสี กลุ่มเกษตรกร และผู้สนใจรวม 112 ราย
On April 1, 2024, Mr. Vikrom Vacharakup, Vice President of the Agricultural Industry Institute, Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in a seminar on machinery services and technology demonstrations for rice crops at the Rice Processing Machine and Innovation Showcase. The event was honored by Dr. Kriangyuth Phiuon, Director of the Agricultural Industry Machinery and Technology Management Group, who presided over the opening ceremony, and Mr. Sukarn Sangwanra, President of the Safe Agriculture Association, who graciously welcomed the attendees.
The event was organized through collaboration between the Department of Industrial Promotion, the Agricultural Industry Development Division, and FTI, by the Agricultural Industry Institute, to promote the application of technology in upgrading and developing Thailand's agricultural business. It supports agricultural entrepreneurs and farming groups in accessing machinery and technology at the Safe Agriculture Association in Nong Hya Sai District, Suphanburi Province.
During the event, there were lectures and demonstrations of machinery and technology for the production and processing of rice crops from service providers participating in the “Awareness Building and Promotion of Agricultural Industry” activity. A total of 8 technologies were presented, including (1) Rain-fed Rice Farming Technology (2) “U-Tech Farm” application for accessing Agricultural Big Data (3) Community 3-in-1 Rice Mill (4) Rice Milling Stones (5) Rice Processing Rubber Balls (6) Agricultural Drones (for sale and rental) (7) AI System for Rice Variety Inspection, and (8) Rice Bran Oil Extraction Machine.
The event received strong cooperation from relevant agencies, with 112 participants including representatives from the Suphanburi Provincial Farmers Council, the Safe Agriculture Association, Nong Hya Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, rice mill operators, farming groups, and interested parties.
