เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 26 มกราคม 2567 นายวิศิษฎ์ ลิ้มประนะ ประธานสภาธุรกิจไทย-ฟิลิปปินส์ เข้าร่วมงานวาระครบรอบ 75 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย – ฟิลิปปินส์ จัดขึ้นภายใต้ธีม “Moving Forward to a New Era of Closer Friendship and Common Prosperity” ณ โรงแรมอนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพฯ
ภายในงาน นางมิลลิเซนต์ ครุซ-ปาเรเดส (H.E. Mrs. Millicent Cruz-Paredes) เอกอัครราชทูตฟิลิปปินส์ประจำประเทศไทย และนายวรพันธุ์ ศรีวรนารถ รองอธิบดีกรมเอเชียตะวันออก ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงาน และร่วมกล่าวถึงการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับฟิลิปปินส์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยจะสนับสนุนประเด็นความร่วมมือไทย-ฟิลิปปินส์อย่างรอบด้าน อีกทั้งส่งเสริมความร่วมมือพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจในภูมิภาค
นอกจากนี้ นายวรพันธุ์ ได้เปิดตัวกิจกรรมการประกวดออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ (Logo) ครบรอบ 75 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-ฟิลิปปินส์ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้สนใจอายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป ส่งผลงานเพื่อชิงเงินรางวัลได้จนถึงสิ้นเดือนกุมภาพันธ์นี้

On Friday, January 26, 2024, Mr. Visith Limprana, Chairman of the Thai-Philippine Business Council, attended the event marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and the Philippines, held under the theme “Moving Forward to a New Era of Closer Friendship and Common Prosperity” at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.
During the event, H.E. Mrs. Millicent Cruz-Paredes, Ambassador of the Philippines to Thailand, and Mr. Voraphand Sriwornrat, Deputy Director-General of the Department of East Asian Affairs, jointly opened the event and discussed the enhancement of relations between Thailand and the Philippines, committing to support comprehensive Thai-Philippine cooperation and promoting economic development in the region.
Additionally, Mr. Voraphand launched a logo design competition to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Thai-Philippine diplomatic relations, inviting participants aged 18 and above to submit their works for a chance to win cash prizes until the end of February.
