เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน 2567 นายถาวร ชลัษเฐียร รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานสัมมนาประจำปี “Towards Industry 4.0 Through HRD: Internal System Integrators”
โดยมีนายคะซึชิเกะ อะสะดะ ประธานคณะกรรมการฝ่ายการพัฒนาบุคลากร หอการค้าญี่ปุ่น-กรุงเทพฯ ร่วมกล่าวถึงความร่วมมือในการจัดงาน และนายรุ่งเรือง สายพวรรณ์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถมนุษย์ ส.อ.ท. กล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงาน ณ ห้องบอลรูม 2 ชั้น 3 โรงแรมดิ เอมเมอรัลด์ รัชดาภิเษก กรุงเทพฯ
นายถาวร กล่าวว่า Industry 4.0 เป็นจุดเปลี่ยนที่สำคัญในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีมีบทบาทเชิงกลยุทธ์ต่อธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม ดังนั้น การพัฒนาภายในองค์กรให้มี “Internal SI (System Integrators)” จึงเปรียบเสมือนกลไกหลักที่ช่วยให้องค์กรสามารถเชื่อมโยงการทำงานที่ซับซ้อน และตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อก้าวสู่ยุคอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 อย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน
นอกจากนี้ ภายในงาน ยังได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากหลากหลายสาขา ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน มาร่วมบรรยายพิเศษ เพื่อให้ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองในประเด็นสำคัญต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานอีกด้วย
On November 26, 2024, Mr. Thavorn Chalasthearn, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of delivering the opening address at the annual seminar “Towards Industry 4.0 Through HRD: Internal System Integrators”.
He was joined by Mr. Kazushige Asada, Chairman of the Human Resource Development Committee of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce Bangkok, who spoke about the collaboration in organizing the event, and Mr. Rungruang Saipavan, Director of the Institute for Human Capability Enhancement of FTI, who discussed the objectives of the event at Ballroom 2, 3rd Floor, The Emerald Hotel Ratchadapisek, Bangkok.
Mr. Thavorn stated that Industry 4.0 represents a crucial turning point in an era where technology plays a strategic role in business and industry. Therefore, developing “Internal SI (System Integrators)” within organizations serves as a key mechanism that enables organizations to connect complex operations and respond swiftly to changes, allowing them to advance towards a stable and sustainable Industry 4.0 era.
In addition, the event featured distinguished speakers from various sectors, both public and private, who shared their insights through special lectures to provide knowledge and exchange viewpoints on important issues beneficial to the attendees.
