เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2567 นายพงษ์ชัย ชัยจิรวิวัฒน์ ประธานคณะการปฏิรูปอุตสาหกรรมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 (INDUSTRIAL TRANSFORMATION / INDUSTRY 4.0) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมคณะ เข้าเยี่ยมชมบริษัท สยามอุตสาหกรรมวัสดุทนไฟ จำกัด จังหวัดสระบุรี และบริษัท ซีพีแรม จำกัด จังหวัดปทุมธานี เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและการบริหารจัดการ สำหรับถอดบทเรียนให้กับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และองค์กรที่จะพัฒนาไปสู่การเปลี่ยนผ่านอุตสาหกรรม (Industry Transformation)
ทั้งนี้ คณะได้เยี่ยมชมบริษัท สยามอุตสาหกรรมวัสดุทนไฟ จำกัด ซึ่งได้มีการดำเนินการออกแบบระบบภายในองค์กรและพัฒนาซอร์ฟแวร์ (Lean Software Development) เพื่อเข้าสู่ Industry Tranformation พร้อมกับนำหุ่นยนต์ (Robot) มาใช้ในกระบวนการทำงาน ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ได้ยกระดับจาก Industry 1.8 สู่ Industry 3.0 โดยกรอกแบบประเมิน Thailand i4.0 Checkup และมีเป้าหมายในการพัฒนา Robot มาใช้เพื่อเข้าสู่ Industry 4.0 ต่อไป
นอกจากนี้ คณะยังได้มีโอกาสเยี่ยมชมบริษัท ซีพีแรม จำกัด ซึ่งได้ดำเนินการยกระดับองค์กรในรูปแบบการดำเนินโครงการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรระยะสั้น (EEC Model Type B) ร่วมกับสถาบันวิทยาการหุ่นยนต์ภาคสนาม เพื่อยกระดับพนักงานระดับพื้นฐาน (BASIC) ในหัวข้ออบรมหลักสูตรต่างๆ อาทิ 1. Sensors ACtuators and PLC 2. Robot Grippers 3. Robotic 4. Computer Vision and Robotics 5. Augmented Reality Integrated 6. Robottics System Integration และ 7. Robotics Process Simulation
เพื่อยกระดับองค์กรและพนักงานสู่ Industry 4.0
การเข้าร่วมศึกษาดูงานทั้ง 2 บริษัทในครั้งนี้ คณะได้เรียนรู้ถึงกระบวนการจัดทำแผนการยกระดับ Industry Transformation เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs นำไปพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและการบริหารจัดการต่อไป
On November 20, 2024, Mr. Pongchai Chaiyirawiwat, Chairman of the Committee on Industrial Reform and Industry 4.0 Development (INDUSTRIAL TRANSFORMATION / INDUSTRY 4.0) of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with his delegation, visited Siam Refractory Material Industry Co., Ltd. in Saraburi Province and CP Ram Co., Ltd. in Pathum Thani Province to study methods for improving production efficiency and management, with a view to deriving lessons for SMEs and organizations transitioning towards Industry Transformation.
During the visit, the delegation toured Siam Refractory Material Industry Co., Ltd., which has implemented an internal system design and developed Lean Software Development to transition into Industry Transformation. The company has also integrated robots into its workflows, advancing from Industry 1.8 to Industry 3.0, with plans to adopt robots to progress towards Industry 4.0 after completing the Thailand i4.0 Checkup assessment.
Furthermore, the delegation also had the opportunity to visit CP Ram Co., Ltd., which has undertaken an organizational uplift through short-term training projects (EEC Model Type B) in collaboration with the Field Robotics Institute. This initiative aims to enhance basic-level employees in various training topics including 1. Sensors ACtuators and PLC 2. Robot Grippers 3. Robotics 4. Computer Vision and Robotics 5. Augmented Reality Integration 6. Robotics System Integration and 7. Robotics Process Simulation.
This initiative aims to elevate the organization and staff towards Industry 4.0.
The participation in the field visits at both companies has provided the delegation with insights into the development of plans for enhancing Industry Transformation, which can serve as a guideline for SMEs to improve production efficiency and management.
