เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2567 ดร.ภก. นิลสุวรรณ ลีลารัศมี รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วย ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. นางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และ ประธานสายงาน FTI Academy และนายกิตติ สุขุตมตันติ กรรมการสายงาน FTI Academy ร่วมต้อนรับและหารือต่อคณะผู้แทนสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ นำโดยนายสุริยพงศ์ ทับทิมแท้ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ ณ ห้อง C.P. Group (1010) ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ (Thailand Arbitration Center: THAC) เป็นสถาบันที่ให้บริการด้านการอนุญาโตตุลาการ และการประนอมข้อพิพาทในระดับสากล
ดำเนินการตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2558 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุน และส่งเสริมระบบอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ และให้บริการด้านอนุญาโตตุลาการที่มีความเป็นอิสระและมีมาตรฐานสากล รวมถึงสร้างความรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกและการให้บริการของสถาบันฯ
ในการหารือ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการนำกระบวนการประนอมและอนุญาโตตุลาการมาสนับสนุนการระงับข้อพิพาททางการค้า การลงทุนระหว่างประเทศที่นักธุรกิจไทยดำเนินงาน และแนวทางความร่วมมือของสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ และ ส.อ.ท. เกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรการอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อกฎหมายธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ
ทั้งนี้ ทางสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ ได้มีการเปิดอบรมในหลักสูตรการอบรมผู้ประนอม และหลักสูตรการบริหารจัดการความขัดแย้ง เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับทราบข้อมูลความรู้ และสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการระงับข้อพิพาท โดยผู้ที่สนใจหลักสูตรการดำเนินคดีอนุญาโตตุลาการขั้นต้นสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไปสามารถดูรายละเอียดได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://event-booking.thac.or.th/en/event/tatc/s1
on Thursday, October 31, 2024, Dr. Phak Nilsuwan Leelarasmee, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Dr. Piyanuch Malakulsiri, Vice President of the FTI, Ms. Kanit Meungkrajang, Vice President of the FTI and Head of the FTI Academy, and Mr. Kitti Sukutamthani, FTI Academy Committee Member, welcomed and discussed with a delegation from the Arbitration Institute led by Mr. Suriyapong Tubtimtae, Director of the Arbitration Institute, at C.P. Group Room (1010), 10th floor, FTI.
The Arbitration Institute (Thailand Arbitration Center: THAC) is an institution that provides arbitration and dispute resolution services at an international level.
It has been operational since 2015 with the objective of supporting and promoting the international arbitration system, providing independent and internationally recognized arbitration services, and raising awareness of alternative dispute resolution processes and the services of the institute.
During the discussions, both parties exchanged views on implementing mediation and arbitration processes to support the resolution of international trade disputes and investments that Thai businesses are engaged in, as well as collaborative approaches between the Arbitration Institute and the FTI regarding training programs related to international business law.
Additionally, the Arbitration Institute has opened training courses for mediators and conflict management to provide the public with knowledge and understanding of dispute resolution processes.
