ส.อ.ท. ร่วมบรรยาย Upskill / Reskill ส่งเสริมศักยภาพบุคลากร รับมือเทคโนโลยีใหม่FTI Participates in Upskill / Reskill Lecture to Enhance Workforce Capability in Managing New Technologies

On Friday, October 25, 2024, Ms. Kanit Mueangkrajang, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairperson of the FTI Academy, along with Mr. Sornpakorn Sirikanbandit, Secretary of the FTI Academy, attended the 30th anniversary celebration of S.M.C. (Thailand) Co., Ltd. under the theme "30 Years of Innovation for Sustainable Development Goals" at S.M.C. (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Ms. Kanit delivered a lecture titled "Upskill / Reskill to Catch Up with New Technology to Enhance Individual Productivity" to promote workforce capability in adapting to new technologies and introduced the role of the FTI Academy, which has the primary mission to Upskill and Reskill the workforce in the industrial sector as follows:

1. Connect and collaborate with external agencies for personnel development
2. Survey the needs of the industrial sector to develop curricula that meet industry requirements
3. Improve the Learning Management System Platform to be suitable and modern as a database for workforce development
4. Enhance the skills of personnel in the Thai industrial sector and promote lifelong learning
