วันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 13.30–14.30 น. นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายเวทิต โชควัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. นายศักดิ์ชัย อุ่นจิตติกุล รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. นายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. และคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ให้การต้อนรับนายวราวุธ ศิลปอาชา รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ในโอกาสให้เกียรติบรรยายพิเศษหัวข้อ “การขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย (Industry Transformation) สู่ความยั่งยืน” ภายในการประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ณ ห้องประชุม 109 ชั้น 1 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
โอกาสนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจากผู้บริหารกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมเข้าร่วมงาน ได้แก่ นายธเนศพล ธนบุณยวัฒน์ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม นางอัษฎาพร ไกรพานนท์ ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ดร.ณัฐพล รังสิตพล ปลัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม นายใบน้อย สุวรรณชาตรี เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการอ้อยและน้ำตาลทราย นางสาวณัฏฐิญา เนตยสุภา อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม นายอดิทัต วะสีนนท์ อธิบดีกรมอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานและการเหมืองแร่ นายศุภกิจ บุญศิริ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม นายเอกนิติ รมยานนท์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.) นายพรยศ กลั่นกรอง อธิบดีกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม และนายพิชิต มิทราวงศ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการธนาคารพัฒนาวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมแห่งประเทศไทย
นายวราวุธ กล่าวว่า ปัจจุบันโลกกำลังเผชิญกับ “The Perfect Storm” จาก 3 ปัจจัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความขัดแย้งทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี โดยเฉพาะปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) ที่กำลังพลิกโฉมห่วงโซ่อุปทานโลกจากการมุ่งเน้นต้นทุนและผลกำไร ไปสู่การให้ความสำคัญกับความมั่นคง ความยืดหยุ่น และความยั่งยืน ส่งผลให้ประเทศไทยจำเป็นต้องเร่งยกระดับภาคอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อรักษาและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน
นายวราวุธ เน้นย้ำว่า Industry Transformation ไม่ใช่ทางเลือก แต่เป็นทางรอดของประเทศไทย โดยต้องเปลี่ยนวิกฤตให้เป็นโอกาส ผ่านการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมบนพื้นฐานของหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ควบคู่กับแนวคิดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล (Environmental, Social and Governance: ESG) และโมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) พร้อมผลักดันอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต เช่น AI, Cloud Service, Data Center และ Semiconductor รวมถึงการพัฒนา Green Supply Chain เพื่อรองรับกติกาการค้าโลก และสร้างประโยชน์สูงสุดให้แก่ประเทศไทยและประชาชน
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้นำเสนอแนวคิด “รู้เขา รู้เรา พี่ช่วยน้อง” เป็นแนวทางยกระดับภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย โดยมุ่งเน้นการเข้าใจทิศทางเศรษฐกิจและตลาดโลก การใช้จุดแข็งของประเทศให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด และการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้ประกอบการรายใหญ่กับวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ควบคู่กับการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมในช่วง 90 วันแรก ทั้งด้านการปรับโครงสร้างอุตสาหกรรม การส่งเสริม Green Industry การสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ และการอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการลงทุน พร้อมยืนยันว่าการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมไทยจะต้องสร้างประโยชน์สูงสุดให้แก่ประเทศและประชาชน ควบคู่กับการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
การบรรยายพิเศษครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความร่วมมืออันแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศ โดยสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยพร้อมทำหน้าที่เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากภาคอุตสาหกรรม สนับสนุนการดำเนินนโยบายของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และร่วมผลักดันการเปลี่ยนผ่านภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย (Industry Transformation) ให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับสากล พร้อมเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนในอนาคต
On July 27, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairperson of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Wetit Chokwatthana, Senior Vice Chairman of FTI, Mr. Sakchai Unjitthikul, Senior Vice Chairman of FTI, Mr. Panithan Pawarongraviya, Secretary-General of FTI, and FTI Board members, welcomed Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Industry, on the occasion of his special lecture on the topic “Driving the Thai Industry (Industry Transformation) towards Sustainability” during the FTI Board Meeting at Conference Room 109, 1st Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
This occasion also honored the presence of executives from the Ministry of Industry, including Mr. Thanetphon Thanabunyawat, Secretary to the Minister of Industry, Mrs. Atsadaporn Kraipanont, Advisor to the Minister of Industry, Dr. Natthapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Mr. Bainoi Suwanchatree, Secretary-General of the Sugarcane and Sugar Board, Ms. Natthiya Netyasupa, Director-General of the Department of Industrial Promotion, Mr. Aditat Wasinnot, Director-General of the Department of Primary Industries and Mines, Mr. Supakit Boonsiri, Director of the Industrial Economic Office, Mr. Aekniti Romyanon, Secretary-General of the Office of Industrial Standards (TISI), Mr. Prayoth Klanthong, Director-General of the Department of Industrial Works, and Mr. Pitchit Mitrawong, Managing Director of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Bank of Thailand.
Mr. Varawut stated that the world is currently facing “The Perfect Storm” due to three critical factors, including geopolitical conflicts, climate change, and technological changes, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is reshaping the global supply chain from a focus on costs and profits towards sustainability, security, and resilience. This shift necessitates Thailand to upgrade its industrial sector to maintain and enhance its competitive capacity.
Mr. Varawut emphasized that Industry Transformation is not merely an option but a lifeline for Thailand, urging a shift from crisis to opportunity through industrial development based on the principles of Sufficiency Economy, coupled with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, and the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) model. He advocates for the promotion of future industries such as AI, Cloud Services, Data Centers, and Semiconductors, along with developing a Green Supply Chain to conform to global trade regulations and maximize benefits for Thailand and its citizens.
Furthermore, he presented the concept “Know their strengths, Know our strengths, Help our brothers” as a strategy to uplift the Thai industrial sector, focusing on understanding global economic and market trends, leveraging the country's strengths to their fullest potential, and fostering cooperation between large enterprises and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), while reporting on the Ministry of Industry's performance during the first 90 days in terms of industrial restructuring, promoting Green Industry, supporting entrepreneurs, and facilitating investment. He affirmed that the development of Thai industry must maximize benefits for the country and its citizens alongside sustainable long-term growth.
This special lecture reflects the strong collaboration between the public and private sectors in driving the country’s industrial policy. The Federation of Thai Industries is ready to serve as a crucial mechanism in connecting opinions and recommendations from the industrial sector, supporting the Ministry of Industry's policies, and advancing the transition of the Thai industry (Industry Transformation) to ensure competitiveness on an international level, while fostering stable and sustainable growth in the future.
