เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2567 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้มีการจัดประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 9/2567 (6) โดยมีนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วยนายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. นายสมพงศ์ นครศรี รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และเหรัญญิก นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และนายทะเบียน นายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. และคณะกรรมการบริหาร ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้อง Passion (802) ชั้น 8
ก่อนการประชุม ส.อ.ท. ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.พิรุณ สัยยะสิทธิ์พานิช อธิบดีกรมการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม มาบรรยายพิเศษเรื่อง “แนวทางการปรับตัวเพื่อความอยู่รอดต่อสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศในโลกปัจจุบัน” เพื่อรับทราบแผนการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศแห่งชาติ รวมถึงร่างพรบ. การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ พ.ศ. ...
ในที่ประชุม ได้มีการนำเสนอวาระการประชุมที่สำคัญและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม ดังนี้
1. รวมพลัง ONE FTI ส่งใจช่วยเหลือสมาชิกผู้ประสบอุทกภัย โดยทีมผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. ได้ลงพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่และเยี่ยมเยียน เพื่อช่วยเหลือบริษัทสมาชิกที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัย 4 แห่ง เมื่อวันที่ 19 ตุลาคม 2567 ทั้งนี้ นำเสนอมาตรการเพิ่มเติมเพื่อช่วยเหลือพื้นที่ประสบน้ำท่วม ทั้งด้านการเงิน ด้านสาธารณูปโภค ค่าธรรมเนียมของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และด้านภาษี
2. สถานการณ์น้ำและการเตรียมการรับมืออุทกภัยในพื้นที่เสี่ยง รายงานปริมาณฝนสะสม สถานการณ์น้ำภาพรวมทั้งประเทศและในแต่ละพื้นที่ รวมถึงแนวทางการเตรียมรับมืออุทกภัยในพื้นที่เสี่ยง
3. จุดยืน ส.อ.ท. เกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอต่อสถานการณ์การนำเข้าสินค้าที่ไม่มีมาตรฐานและสินค้าทุ่มตลาด การหารือประเด็นมาตรฐานสินค้าและการดำเนินธุรกิจ มาตรการทางการค้า พิธีการศุลกากรและช่องทางการนำเข้า และการส่งเสริมการลงทุนภายในประเทศ
4. การจัดงาน FTI Expo 2025 จะมีขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12-15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ Hall 5-8 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
5. การจัดงานสัมมนาวิชาการประจำปี FTI Outlook 2025 จะมีขึ้นในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2567 เวลา 9.00–12.00 น. ณ ห้อง Plenary Hall 1-2 ชั้น 1 ศูนย์ประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
6. การจัดงาน Foreign Industrial Club 2024 จะมีขึ้นในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2567 เวลา 17.30 -21.00 น. ณ ห้อง Plenary Hall 1-2
ชั้น 1 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้เห็นชอบในการจัดตั้งสถาบัน ข้อบังคับและโลโก้ของสถาบันพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์และซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ รวมถึงเห็นชอบในการจัดตั้งกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอากาศยาน การเดินอากาศอัจฉริยะและอวกาศ ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม ลำดับที่ 47 ของ ส.อ.ท. โดยจะนำเข้าที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. (กส.) ในเดือนตุลาคม 2567 พิจารณาอนุมัติต่อไป

On Monday, October 21, 2024, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) convened the 9th Executive Committee Meeting of the Federation of Thai Industries for the Year 2024 (6), chaired by Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukool, President of FTI, along with Mr. Thawee Piyapattana, Senior Vice President of FTI, Mr. Sompong Nakhonsri, Senior Vice President of FTI, Dr. Piyanuch Malakul Na Ayutthaya, Vice President of FTI, and Treasurer Mr. Isares Rattanadilok Na Phuket, Vice President of FTI, and Secretary General Mr. Krit Imsaeng, at the Passion Room (802), 8th floor.
Prior to the meeting, FTI was honored to have Dr. Pirun Sayasithiphanit, Director General of the Department of Climate Change and Environment, deliver a special lecture on “Adaptation Strategies for Survival in the Current Climate Change Scenario” to provide insight into the national adaptation plan for climate change, including the draft Climate Change Act of 2024.
During the meeting, several key and beneficial agenda items for the industrial sector were presented as follows:
1. Uniting ONE FTI to extend support to members affected by flooding; the FTI executive team visited four member companies impacted by the floods in Chiang Mai on October 19, 2024, and presented additional measures to assist the flood-affected areas, including financial support, infrastructure, Ministry of Industry fees, and tax matters.
2. Water situation and preparedness for flood in risk areas; a report on accumulated rainfall, nationwide water situations, and strategies for flood preparedness in vulnerable areas.
3. FTI's stance on proposals regarding the importation of substandard goods and dumping products; discussions on product standards, business operations, trade measures, customs procedures, and domestic investment promotion.
4. The FTI Expo 2025 is scheduled to be held from February 12-15, 2025, at Hall 5-8 of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
5. The annual FTI Outlook 2025 academic seminar will take place on Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 9:00 to 12:00 at Plenary Hall 1-2, 1st floor of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
6. The Foreign Industrial Club 2024 event is scheduled for Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 17:30 to 21:00 at Plenary Hall 1-2,
1st floor of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
Additionally, the meeting also approved the establishment of the institute, its regulations, and logo for the Creative Industry Development Institute and the Smart Aviation and Space Industry group, which is the 47th industrial group under FTI, to be brought before the FTI Board Committee (FTC) for consideration and approval in October 2024.
