On October 8, 2024, Mr. Yanaphon Limpanachokchai, Deputy Secretary-General of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Thai-South African Business Council, along with Mr. Lebogang Seshoka, First Secretary of the South African Embassy in Thailand, led a delegation of business representatives from the Gordon Institute of Business Sciences (GIBS) to Thailand at Thai President Foods Co., Ltd. (TFMAMA) in Chonburi Province.

Ms. Pajana Phaniangweth, Managing Director of Thai President Foods Co., Ltd., graciously welcomed and provided a presentation while guiding the delegation on a tour of the production process of instant noodles "Mama" using automated machinery, with a production capacity of 282.4 tons per day, and an environmental management system. The company is also developing products to align with health-conscious food trends, such as low-sodium Mama noodles, to contribute to the future of food and is innovating new flavors to meet consumer demand.

This activity is considered one of the collaborative projects under the Thai-South African Business Council to create trade opportunities and raise awareness of advancements in the Thai industry.
