เมื่อวันที่ 4 ตุลาคม 2567 นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.)และนายทะเบียน ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้กับผู้เข้ารับการศึกษาในหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรธรรมมาภิบาลสำหรับผู้บริหารโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมระดับสูง (ปธร.) รุ่นที่ 1 สถาบันพระปกเกล้า ในหัวข้อ “บริบทอุตสาหกรรมโลกและอุตสาหกรรมไทย” ณ ห้องศักดิเดชน์ภูวไนย สถาบันพระปกเกล้า
การบรรยายดังกล่าว นายอิศเรศ ได้มีการนำเสนอประเด็นต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรมของโลก ซึ่งฉายความท้าทายของโลก 6 เรื่อง ได้แก่ 1. โรคระบาด 2. สงครามการค้า สงครามทางเทคโนโลยี 3. ภาวะโลกเดือด 4. การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี 5. ปัญหาภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ 6. การแทรกแซงทางไซเบอร์ และ 6 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรมไทย ได้แก่ 1.ปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างของอุตสาหกรรม (อุตสาหกรรมเก่า, สินค้าไม่ทันสมัย) 2. ต้นทุนการผลิตสูง (พลังงาน, วัตถุดิบ, โลจิสติกส์, ดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้) 3. ขาดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม 4. อุทกภัยและภัยธรรมชาติ 5. กฎหมายล้าสมัย และ 6. การแข่งขันที่รุนแรงในตลาด และปัญหาการทุ่มตลาด
On October 4, 2024, Mr. Isares Rattanadilok na Phuket, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Registrar, had the honor of serving as a speaker to provide knowledge to participants in the Executive Diploma Course on Good Governance for Senior Industrial Factory Executives (PDR) Class 1 at the King Prajadhipok Institute on the topic “Global Industrial Context and Thai Industry” at Sakdidet Phuwanai Room, King Prajadhipok Institute.
During the lecture, Mr. Isares presented various issues regarding the global industrial economic situation, highlighting six global challenges, namely: 1. Pandemics 2. Trade wars and technological wars 3. Global unrest 4. Technological changes 5. Geopolitical issues 6. Cyber interference; and six factors affecting the Thai industrial economy, including: 1. Structural issues in the industry (outdated industries, non-modern products) 2. High production costs (energy, raw materials, logistics, loan interest) 3. Lack of technology and innovation 4. Floods and natural disasters 5. Outdated laws 6. Intense market competition and dumping issues.
