เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 30 กันยายน 2567 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้มีการจัดประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 8/2567(6) โดยมีนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วย นายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. นายสมพงศ์ นครศรี รองประธานอาวุโส ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และเหรัญญิก นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และนายทะเบียน นายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. และคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุม Ballroom 1 อาคารไทยซีซี ทาวเวอร์ สาทร (ชั้น 9)
ก่อนการประชุม ได้รับเกียรติจากนายไพฑูรย์ เก่งการช่าง รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติ มาบรรยายพิเศษเรื่อง "สถานการณ์น้ำและการเตือนภัยผู้ประกอบการ" เพื่อรับทราบสถานการณ์น้ำเปรียบเทียบปี 2564 และปี 2567 ผังการระบายน้ำในพื้นที่ต่างๆ สถานการณ์น้ำและการบริหารจัดการน้ำโครงข่ายน้ำในพื้นที่ EEC
นอกจากนี้ ในที่ประชุม ได้มีการนำเสนอวาระการประชุมที่สำคัญและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม ดังนี้
1. ความคืบหน้าการจัดงาน FTI Expo 2024 ได้กำหนดรูปแบบการจัดงาน ภายใต้แนวคิด “Empowering Thai Industry, Elevating Thailand's Future เสริมพลังอุตสาหกรรมไทย เพื่ออนาคตไทยที่ยั่งยืน” และปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการจัดงานเป็นช่วงกลางปี 2568
2. รวมพลัง ONE FTI ส่งใจช่วยเหลือสมาชิกผู้ประสบอุทกภัย ส.อ.ท. ได้ออกมาตรการเพื่อช่วยเหลือสมาชิกที่ประสบภัย เป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะฟื้นฟู เยียวยา และป้องกัน นอกจากนี้ ส.อ.ท. ยังได้นำคณะลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมเยียนและช่วยเหลือสมาชิกที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัย จังหวัดเชียงราย เมื่อวันที่ 21 กันยายน 2567 ที่ผ่านมา
3. การพิจารณาอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ คณะอนุกรรมการวิชาการและกลั่นกรอง มีมติพิจารณาสูตรอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำและมีผลบังคับใช้ในวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2568
4. ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะการผลักดันการแก้ไขปัญหาอุปสรรคด้านโลจิสติกส์ไทย-เมียนมา อาทิ การขนส่งสินค้าผ่านด่านชายแดนไทย-เมียนมา การขนส่งสินค้าผ่านท่าเรือระนอง-ย่างกุ้ง การขอใบอนุญาตนำเข้าสินค้า การถูกระงับบัญชีการเงิน
5. ประเด็นสำคัญจากการเข้าพบหารือกับภาครัฐภายในประเทศและหารือกับองค์กรต่างประเทศ อาทิ เข้าพบรัฐมนตรีกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ประชุมหารือร่วมกับคณะผู้บริหารบีโอไอ การต้อนรับและหารือกับเอกอัครราชทูตเวียดนามประจำประเทศไทย การต้อนรับและหารือกับเอกอัครราชทูตโอมานประจำประเทศไทย การประชุมสภาธุรกิจ GMS ครั้งที่ 1/2024
6. การจัดงานกาชาด ประจำปี 2567 จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 11-22 ธันวาคม 2567 ณ สวนลุมพินี กรุงเทพฯ
ทั้งนี้ ในที่ประชุมได้แจ้งเรื่องการแต่งตั้งนายสมควร จันทร์แดง เป็นกรรมการประเภทแต่งตั้งแทนนางสาวสรัญญา สุขสวัสดิ์ ซึ่งประสงค์ลาออกจากตำแหน่งคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท.

On Monday, September 30, 2024, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organized the 8th Committee Meeting of the Federation of Thai Industries (2567), chaired by Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, President of FTI, along with Mr. Thavi Piyapathana, Senior Vice President of FTI, Mr. Sompong Nakhon Sri, Senior Vice President, Dr. Piyanuch Malakul Na Ayutthaya, Vice President of FTI, and Treasurer Mr. Iseret Rattanadilok Na Phuket, Vice President of FTI and Registrar Mr. Krit Eamsang, Secretary-General of FTI, and the committee members of FTI. The meeting was held in Ballroom 1, Thai CC Tower, Sathorn (9th floor).
Before the meeting, we were honored to have Mr. Paitoon Kengkarachang, Deputy Secretary General of the Office of National Water Resources, deliver a special lecture on "Water Situation and Warning for Operators" to update on the water situation comparing the years 2021 and 2024, as well as the water drainage plans in various areas. The water situation and management of the water network in the EEC area.
In addition, during the meeting, significant and beneficial agendas for the industrial sector were presented as follows:
1. Progress in organizing FTI Expo 2024 has established the theme “Empowering Thai Industry, Elevating Thailand's Future” and the event has been rescheduled to mid-2025.
2. The ONE FTI initiative aims to support members affected by flooding. FTI has implemented measures to assist members affected by the disaster in three phases: Rehabilitation, Relief, and Prevention. Additionally, FTI has dispatched a team to visit and assist members adversely affected by flooding in Chiang Rai on September 21, 2024.
3. The consideration of the minimum wage rate: The academic and screening subcommittee has resolved to consider the minimum wage rate formula, which will come into effect on January 1, 2025.
4. Comments and suggestions on pushing for the resolution of logistics issues between Thailand and Myanmar, such as the transportation of goods through Thailand-Myanmar border checkpoints, transport through Ranong-Yangon port, requests for import permits, and financial account freezes.
5. Key issues from discussions with domestic government agencies and international organizations, including meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, joint discussions with the BOI executives, and receptions and discussions with the Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand, as well as the Omani Ambassador to Thailand, and the GMS Business Council Meeting 1/2024.
6. The annual charity fair will be held from December 11-22, 2024, at Lumpini Park, Bangkok.
Additionally, it was announced at the meeting that Mr. Somkorn Chanddaeng has been appointed as a member representing an appointed category to replace Ms. Saranya Suksawas on her resignation from the committee of FTI.
