เมื่อวันพุธที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 นายกำธร ศิลาอ่อน ประธานสถาบันพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ (CISPI) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงานแถลงข่าว Thailand Content Market 2026 ซึ่งจัดโดยกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (CEA) ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 กรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ (รัชดา)
ภายในงาน ได้มีการแถลงรายละเอียดการจัดงานแสดงสินค้านานาชาติด้านคอนเทนต์ ดิจิทัลคอนเทนต์ และอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ ประจำปี 2569 ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าการส่งออกสินค้าและบริการในอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ด้านคอนเทนต์และดิจิทัลคอนเทนต์ พร้อมส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการไทยสู่เวทีนานาชาติ โดยมีกำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 20–22 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ฮอลล์ 1–2 ชั้น G ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
ในโอกาสนี้ นายกำธรได้ให้สัมภาษณ์สื่อมวลชนเกี่ยวกับจุดแข็ง ความท้าทาย และแนวทางการต่อยอด IP คอนเทนต์ไทย เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของประเทศ และผลักดันคอนเทนต์ไทยให้เติบโตสู่ธุรกิจระดับโลก โดยกล่าวว่าเป็นงานที่ดีมากที่ทำให้ ตลาดต่างประเทศได้เข้ามาสร้างเครือข่ายกับประเทศไทย ซึ่งจุดแข็งของคนไทยคือความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการสร้างภาพยนตร์ คอนเทนต์ เกม โดยเชื่อว่างานนี้จะสามารถกระจายความสามารถของคนไทยไปสู่เวทีโลกได้
ทั้งนี้ งาน Thailand Content Market 2026 จะเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายธุรกิจ สร้างโอกาสทางการค้า และส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้ประกอบการไทยและต่างประเทศ อันจะช่วยขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับสากล
On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, Mr. Kamthorn Silachoan, President of the Creative Industry Development Institute (CISPI), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in the press conference for Thailand Content Market 2026, organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion in collaboration with the Creative Economy Agency (CEA) at the meeting room on the 1st floor of the Department of International Trade Promotion (Ratchada).
During the event, details were announced regarding the upcoming international trade show for content, digital content, and the creative industry for the year 2026, aimed at increasing the export value of products and services in the creative industry related to content and digital content, while enhancing the potential of Thai entrepreneurs on the international stage. The event is scheduled to take place from July 20 to 22, 2026, at Hall 1-2, G Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
On this occasion, Mr. Kamthorn gave an interview to the media about the strengths, challenges, and strategies for leveraging Thai content IP to elevate the potential of the country's creative industry and to drive Thai content to grow into a global business. He stated that it is a significant event that allows the international market to build networks with Thailand, emphasizing that the strength of Thai people lies in their creativity in film, content, and games, and he believes that this event can showcase Thai talents on the global stage.
Furthermore, the Thailand Content Market 2026 will serve as an important platform for connecting business networks, creating trade opportunities, and promoting cooperation between Thai and international entrepreneurs, which will help drive the Thai creative industry to grow sustainably at both regional and international levels.
