เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 2 สิงหาคม 2567 นายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ ประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย-จีน และคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้ให้การต้อนรับและหารือกับ Mr. Richard Wang พร้อมคณะจากสำนักงานนวัตกรรมและความร่วมมือสถาบันบัณฑิตวิทยาศาสตร์จีนประจำประเทศไทย (CAS-ICCB) เพื่อสร้างโอกาสความร่วมมือทางด้านนวัตกรรมร่วมกัน ณ ห้องประชุม C.P. Group & True (1010) ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
ที่ประชุม ได้หารือเรื่องการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางด้านเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย รวมถึงการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและมีศักยภาพ โดยเฉพาะเทคโนโลยีด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ชั้นสูง อุตสาหกรรมพลังงานและเคมี ก๊าซธรรมชาติและพลังงานทดแทน เป็นต้น ซึ่งสถาบันวิจัยความร่วมมือจากประเทศจีน มีศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์และบริษัทภายใต้หน่วยงานกว่า 100 แห่งทั่วประเทศ ทั้งนี้ จีนต้องการขยายโอกาสและความร่วมมือกับผู้ประกอบการชาวไทยในการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีที่เป็นประโยชน์ในอนาคต
สำนักงานนวัตกรรมและความร่วมมือ สถาบันบัณฑิตวิทยาศาสตร์จีน (CAS) เป็นหน่วยงานวิทยาศาสตร์จีนที่ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมระหว่างประเทศจีน และประเทศต่างๆ ในอาเซียน โดยมีความร่วมมือร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนไทยหลายหน่วยงาน เช่น สถาบันวิจัยจุฬาภรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ธนาคารกสิกรไทย เป็นต้น
On Friday, August 2, 2024, Mr. Arun Iamsuree, Chairman of the Thai-Chinese Economic and Investment Institute, along with the Board of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), welcomed and held discussions with Mr. Richard Wang and his team from the Chinese Academy of Sciences - Institute of Collaborative and Innovative Science in Thailand (CAS-ICCB) to create opportunities for collaborative innovation at the C.P. Group & True (1010) Meeting Room, 10th Floor, FTI.
The meeting discussed promoting collaboration in industrial technology within targeted industries, including the transfer of effective and potential scientific technologies, particularly in environmental technology, advanced medical equipment, energy and chemical industries, natural gas, and renewable energy. The Chinese research institute has over 100 scientific centers and companies across the country. China seeks to expand opportunities and cooperation with Thai entrepreneurs to transfer beneficial technologies in the future.
The Office of Innovation and Cooperation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is a Chinese scientific agency that transfers technology and innovation between China and various ASEAN countries, collaborating with several Thai government and private sector organizations, including the Chulabhorn Research Institute, Mahidol University, and Siam Cement Public Company Limited, Kasikornbank, among others.
