เมื่อวันที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2569 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) มอบหมายให้ นายสุวัชร์ ศุภกาญจน์เดชากุล รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดโครงการ "Thailand FastPass" ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยนายเอกนิติ นิติทัณฑ์ประภาศ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม นายเอกนัฏ พร้อมพันธุ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงาน และนายนฤตม์ เทอดสถีรศักดิ์ เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล
รัฐบาลเปิดตัวโครงการ Thailand FastPass เพื่อยกระดับบทบาทภาครัฐจากผู้กำกับดูแล (Regulator) สู่ผู้อำนวยความสะดวก (Facilitator) โดยบูรณาการความร่วมมือของ 8 หน่วยงานหลัก ได้แก่ กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม กรมศุลกากร สำนักงานนโยบายและแผนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (สผ.) การนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (กนอ.) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับกิจการพลังงาน (กกพ.) การไฟฟ้านครหลวง การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่นักลงทุน และเร่งรัดกระบวนการอนุมัติและอนุญาตสำหรับโครงการลงทุนที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง ลดระยะเวลาดำเนินการลง 20–50%
มาตรการดังกล่าวจะช่วยเพิ่มความรวดเร็วในการประกอบธุรกิจ สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้แก่นักลงทุน และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวทางของ ส.อ.ท. ที่มุ่งเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย และผลักดันการเชื่อมโยงห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain) ให้เกิดมูลค่าเพิ่มใหม่ (New Value Chain)
นอกจากนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวยังช่วยสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการไทย โดยเฉพาะ SMEs สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่ เกิดการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี การพัฒนาทักษะแรงงาน และการกระจายรายได้สู่เศรษฐกิจในระดับพื้นที่ อันจะเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนสำคัญสู่การเติบโตของภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเศรษฐกิจไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของโครงการ Thailand FastPass ในฐานะกลไกสำคัญที่จะช่วยเร่งการลงทุนและยกระดับศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการไทย โดยเฉพาะการเชื่อมโยงห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และเทคโนโลยี ตลอดจนการสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับบทบาทและนโยบายของ ส.อ.ท. ที่มุ่งขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยให้มีขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันสูงขึ้น พร้อมสร้าง New Value Chain เพื่อการเติบโตอย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนต่อไป
ส.อ.ท. พร้อมให้การสนับสนุนและประสานความร่วมมือในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการดังกล่าว เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ประกอบการ ลดอุปสรรคในการดำเนินธุรกิจ เสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นด้านการลงทุน และส่งเสริมให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยสามารถปรับตัวและเติบโตได้อย่างมีศักยภาพ ท่ามกลางการแข่งขันในเวทีโลก
On June 23, 2026, Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), assigned Mr. Suwatch Supakarndejakul, Vice President of FTI, to attend the inauguration ceremony of the "Thailand FastPass" project. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister, who presided over the opening ceremony, along with Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Ekachai Prompan, Minister of Energy, and Mr. Narit Therdsathira, Secretary-General of the Board of Investment (BOI) at the Santimaitree Building, Government House.
The government launched the Thailand FastPass project to elevate the role of the public sector from a regulator to a facilitator by integrating the cooperation of 8 key agencies, namely, the Department of Industrial Works, the Customs Department, the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP), the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Provincial Electricity Authority, and the Board of Investment (BOI), to facilitate investors and expedite the approval process for investment projects utilizing advanced technology, reducing operational time by 20–50%.
These measures will enhance the speed of business operations, build investor confidence, and support the development of future industries, which aligns with FTI's approach to enhance the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector and promote supply chain integration to create new value chains.
Additionally, the project will create opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs, particularly SMEs, to connect with large industries, facilitating technology transfer, workforce skill development, and income distribution to the local economy, which will be a crucial driver for the sustainable growth of the Thai industrial sector and economy.
FTI recognizes the importance of the Thailand FastPass project as a key mechanism that will aid in accelerating investments and enhancing the capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs, particularly in supply chain integration, knowledge and technology transfer, as well as creating new business opportunities, which aligns with the roles and policies of FTI aimed at driving the Thai industrial sector to achieve higher competitiveness while creating new value chains for strong and sustainable growth.
FTI is prepared to support and coordinate collaboration in driving this project to facilitate entrepreneurs, reduce business operation obstacles, enhance investment confidence, and promote the capacity of the Thai industrial sector to adapt and grow amid global competition.
