ส.อ.ท. ร่วมงานเปิดตัว "Thailand FastPass" ผนึก 8 หน่วยงานยักษ์ใหญ่ เร่งรัดการอนุมัติการลงทุนอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย ลดขั้นตอน สร้างความเชื่อมั่นนักลงทุนFTI Joins the Launch of "Thailand FastPass" Uniting 8 Major Agencies to Accelerate Investment Approval in Target Industries, Streamlining Processes and Building Investor Confidence

On June 23, 2026, Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), assigned Mr. Suwatch Supakarndejakul, Vice President of FTI, to attend the inauguration ceremony of the "Thailand FastPass" project. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister, who presided over the opening ceremony, along with Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Ekachai Prompan, Minister of Energy, and Mr. Narit Therdsathira, Secretary-General of the Board of Investment (BOI) at the Santimaitree Building, Government House.

The government launched the Thailand FastPass project to elevate the role of the public sector from a regulator to a facilitator by integrating the cooperation of 8 key agencies, namely, the Department of Industrial Works, the Customs Department, the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP), the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Provincial Electricity Authority, and the Board of Investment (BOI), to facilitate investors and expedite the approval process for investment projects utilizing advanced technology, reducing operational time by 20–50%.

These measures will enhance the speed of business operations, build investor confidence, and support the development of future industries, which aligns with FTI's approach to enhance the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector and promote supply chain integration to create new value chains.

Additionally, the project will create opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs, particularly SMEs, to connect with large industries, facilitating technology transfer, workforce skill development, and income distribution to the local economy, which will be a crucial driver for the sustainable growth of the Thai industrial sector and economy.

FTI recognizes the importance of the Thailand FastPass project as a key mechanism that will aid in accelerating investments and enhancing the capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs, particularly in supply chain integration, knowledge and technology transfer, as well as creating new business opportunities, which aligns with the roles and policies of FTI aimed at driving the Thai industrial sector to achieve higher competitiveness while creating new value chains for strong and sustainable growth.
