วันที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2567 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบัน Creative Industry & Soft Power พร้อมด้วยกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน THACCA SPLASH – Soft Power Forum ที่ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีนายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด
คณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์ซอฟต์พาวเวอร์แห่งชาติ มีมติเห็นชอบให้คณะอนุกรรมการอำนวยการจัดการประชุมนานาชาติด้านซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ (Soft Power Forum) ดำเนินการจัดการประชุมดังกล่าว ภายใต้ชื่องาน “THACCA SPLASH : Soft Power Forum 2024” โดยมีหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ได้แก่ กรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ สำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ และสำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ ร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพ ระหว่างวันที่ 28 – 30 มิถุนายน 2567 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
งานนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนระดับนานาชาติ สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคเอกชนและหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรม Creative Culture สู่ระดับสากล และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับประชาชนและคนรุ่นใหม่ โดยมีการนำเสนอในรูปแบบ Policy Showcase ส่งเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายระหว่างอุตสาหกรรม และสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใน 11 สาขาอุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ อาหาร กีฬา เฟสติวัล ท่องเที่ยว ดนตรี หนังสือ ภาพยนตร์ เกม ศิลปะ การออกแบบ และแฟชั่น
เป้าหมายของงาน คือ การสร้างความตระหนักรู้ในสังคมอย่างเป็นวงกว้าง พัฒนาบุคลากรเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์พาวเวอร์และสร้างมูลค่าให้แก่ประเทศ ตั้งเป้าผู้เข้าชมงานจำนวน 200,000 คน โดยมีผู้บริหารภาครัฐบาล ภาคเอกชน คณะทูตานุทูต ประชาชนทั่วไปจากทั่วประเทศ รวมทั้งภาคธุรกิจภายในประเทศไทยและจากต่างประเทศ
กิจกรรมภายในงานประกอบด้วย:
1. SPLASH Visionary Zone: มี 4 เวที ได้แก่ Vision Stage, Pathway Stage, Performance Stage และ Podcast Studio โดยมีวิทยากรทั้งสิ้น 95 ราย
2. SPLASH Masterclass: ห้องเรียน Reskill – Upskill เสริมทักษะและความรู้ใน 6 อุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ ภาพยนตร์ ดนตรี ออกแบบ เกม หนังสือ ศิลปะ โดยมีหัวข้อที่น่าสนใจ เช่น เคล็ดลับการทำคอนเทนต์ให้ปังบน TikTok, Esports Casting Bootcamp และการผลิตคอนเทนต์สำหรับ Netflix
3. การจัดนิทรรศการ: แสดงศักยภาพของอุตสาหกรรมด้านซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ของประเทศจาก 11 สาขาอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงนิทรรศการของ THACCA และคูหา International Pavilion จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น เกาหลีใต้ และอิตาลี
4. งาน THACCA SPLASH : Soft Power Forum 2024 นี้ นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ของประเทศไทยสู่เวทีระดับโลก สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และเปิดโอกาสให้กับทุกคนในการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาทักษะสร้างสรรค์ต่อไปในอนาคต
On June 28, 2024, Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Creative Industry & Soft Power Institute, along with FTI board members, participated in the opening ceremony of the THACCA SPLASH – Soft Power Forum at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, presided over by Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin.
The National Soft Power Strategy Committee has approved the establishment of an international soft power forum organizing committee to conduct the meeting under the title “THACCA SPLASH : Soft Power Forum 2024,” with support from various government agencies including the Department of International Trade Promotion, the National Innovation Agency, the Creative Economy Agency, and the Convention and Exhibition Bureau as co-hosts, taking place from June 28 to June 30, 2024, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
This event aims to serve as an international exchange platform to foster cooperation between the private sector and government agencies, drive the Creative Culture industry to the global level, and inspire the public and younger generations through a Policy Showcase format to promote networking within industries and create business opportunities in 11 sectors, namely food, sports, festivals, tourism, music, books, film, gaming, art, design, and fashion.
The goal of the event is to raise widespread awareness in society, develop human resources for the soft power industry, and enhance value for the country, targeting 200,000 attendees, comprising government and private sector executives, diplomatic representatives, the general public from across the country, as well as business sectors both in Thailand and abroad.
The activities in the event include:
1. SPLASH Visionary Zone: comprises 4 stages - Vision Stage, Pathway Stage, Performance Stage, and Podcast Studio, featuring a total of 95 speakers.
2. SPLASH Masterclass: Reskill – Upskill classrooms enhancing skills and knowledge across 6 industries, including film, music, design, gaming, books, and art, featuring interesting topics such as tips for creating successful content on TikTok, Esports Casting Bootcamp, and content production for Netflix.
3. Exhibitions: showcasing the potential of the country's soft power industry across 11 sectors, including exhibitions from THACCA and the International Pavilion featuring exhibitors from Japan, South Korea, and Italy.
4. The THACCA SPLASH : Soft Power Forum 2024 serves as a significant platform for driving Thailand's soft power industry onto the global stage, inspiring all to participate in further development of creative skills for the future.
