เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) มอบหมายให้นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดโครงการ Phenix จุดหมายปลายทางด้านอาหารระดับโลก โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานเปิด พร้อมด้วยนายภูมิธรรม เวชยชัย รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ นายเสริมศักดิ์ พงษ์พานิช รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา นางสาวสุดาวรรณ หวังศุภกิจโกศล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม และนายพรหมินทร์ เลิศสุริย์เดช เลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี เข้าร่วม ณ โถงจัดงาน ชั้น G โครงการ Phenix ประตูน้ำ
โครงการ Phenix เป็นการผนึกกำลังของพันธมิตรทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ซึ่งมีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างมาตรฐานใหม่ให้แก่อุตสาหกรรมอาหารของไทย โดยได้รวมพลังสร้างสรรค์จุดหมายปลายทางระดับโลกแห่งใหม่ ที่ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและอุตสาหกรรมด้านอาหารภายใต้โครงการดังกล่าว เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางด้านอาหารระดับโลกบนพื้นที่ยุทธศาสตร์ย่านประตูน้ำ ที่เป็นพื้นที่ที่รวบรวมผู้ซื้อ ผู้ขายในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารชั้นนำจากทั่วโลกไว้ด้วยกัน ส่งเสริมการซื้อขายทั้งออฟไลน์และออนไลน์ รวมทั้งเป็นพื้นที่ในการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ด้านนวัตกรรมอาหาร และเพิ่มโอกาสทางการค้าอาหารของไทยทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
On June 26, 2024, Mr. Keangkria Thiranukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), assigned Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice President of FTI, to participate in the opening ceremony of the Phenix Project, a global destination for food. The event was honored by Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister, as the presiding chairman, along with Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, Mr. Sermsak Phongpanit, Minister of Tourism and Sports, Ms. Sudawan Wangsupakijkosol, Minister of Culture, and Mr. Prommin Lertsutthirat, Secretary-General to the Prime Minister, held at the event hall on the G floor of the Phenix Project in Pratunam.
The Phenix Project is a collaboration of partners from both the public and private sectors, both domestic and international, committed to establishing new standards for the Thai food industry. It brings together a new global destination that promotes tourism and the food industry under this project, serving as a global food hub in the strategic area of Pratunam. This area gathers leading food industry buyers and sellers from around the world, promotes both offline and online trading, and provides a platform for knowledge exchange in food innovation while enhancing trade opportunities for Thai food both domestically and internationally.
