เมื่อวันที่ 14 มิถุนายน 2567 นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมประชุมรับฟังและให้ข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ ข้อเสนอแนะด้านการสนับสนุนให้ SME เข้าถึงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ โดยมีหน่วยงานหลัก ประกอบด้วยกรมบัญชีกลาง สำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กรมควบคุมมลพิษ (คพ.) สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) และสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล หรือดีป้า (depa) เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องมาร์ ชั้น 3 โรงแรมมิราเคิล แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพมหานคร
ทั้งนี้ แต่ละหน่วยงานมีบทบาทหน้าที่ในหัวข้อต่างๆ ดังนี้
1. กรมบัญชีกลาง ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องกฎกระทรวงและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. สสว. ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องมาตรการ THAI SME-GP
3. ส.อ.ท. ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องมาตรการ Made in Thailand (MiT)
4. คพ. ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องมาตรการสินค้าที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
5. สวทช. ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องบัญชีนวัตกรรม
6. ดีป้า ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องบัญชีบริการดิจิทัล
On June 14, 2024, Ms. Pechara Ekkasaengkul, Vice Chairperson of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended a meeting to listen and provide feedback on recommendations to support SMEs in accessing government procurement. The main agencies involved included the Comptroller General's Department, the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), the Pollution Control Department (PCD), the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), which took place at the Mar Room, 3rd Floor, Miracle Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok.
Each agency has specific roles in various topics as follows:
1. The Comptroller General's Department is responsible for regulations and guidelines
2. OSMEP is responsible for the THAI SME-GP measures
3. FTI is responsible for the Made in Thailand (MiT) measures
4. PCD is responsible for environmentally friendly product measures
5. NSTDA is responsible for the innovation account
6. depa is responsible for digital service accounts
