เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2567 สภาวิศวกร นำโดย ผศ.ดร.ธเนศ วีระศิริ นายกสภาวิศวกร นายลือชัย ทองนิล เลขาธิการสภาวิศวกร นายอาทร สินสวัสดิ์ กรรมการสภาวิศวกรและประธานคณะอนุกรรมการกิจการพิเศษและอุตสาหกรรมสัมพันธ์ นายประเสริฐ วรปัญญา กรรมการสภาวิศวกรและประธานคณะอนุกรรมการพิจารณาการออกใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุมประเภทนิติบุคคล ดร.วัลลภ รุ่งกิจวรเสถียร อนุกรรมการกิจการพิเศษและอุตสาหกรรมสัมพันธ์และคณะ เข้าพบนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมนายถาวร ชลัษเฐียร รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และนายบุญหาญ อู่อุดมยิ่ง กรรมการบริหาร ส.อ.ท. เพื่อแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสที่นายเกรียงไกร ได้รับตำแหน่งประธาน ส.อ.ท. วาระใหม่ พร้อมร่วมหารือกับคณะผู้บริหารสภาวิศวกร ด้านความต้องการวิศวกรและการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรม ณ ชั้น 10 ห้อง Bangchak (1014) ส.อ.ท.
นายเกรียงไกร ได้นำเสนอนโยบายบริหารงาน ส.อ.ท. วาระปี 2567 – 2569 โดยเน้นการยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมเดิมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมใหม่ โดยประกอบไปด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. ด้าน S-Curve 2. ด้าน BCG 3. ด้าน Climate Change อีกทั้งนำเสนอการผลักดันข้อเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมไทย โดยมีเป้าหมาย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. Competitiveness 2. Driving GDP Growth GDP ขยายตัวร้อยละ 5 ต่อปี และ 3. SDGs โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ปรับปรุงกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบ เพื่อส่งเสริม Easy of Doing Business และเพิ่มการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ 2. พัฒนาบุคลากร เพิ่มผลิตภาพแรงงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาขาดแคลนแรงงานทั้งระบบ 3. บริหารจัดการด้านพลังงานทั้งระบบ รองรับการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงาน (Energy Transition) 4. ส่งเสริมการส่งออก การค้า และสนับสนุนการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย S-Curve 5. ยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมด้วยเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม และดิจิทัล 6. พัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน (BCG & ESG) การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำ และการมุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย Net Zero 7. ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการ SMEs 8. พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้าน Logistics และพื้นที่สำหรับอุตสาหกรรม
On Monday, June 10, 2024, the Council of Engineers, led by Associate Professor Dr. Thanet Veerasiri, President of the Council of Engineers, Mr. Luechai Thongnil, Secretary-General of the Council of Engineers, Mr. Athorn Sinwasa, a Council Member and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Special Affairs and Industrial Relations, Mr. Prasert Vorapanya, a Council Member and Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Review of Engineering Profession Licenses for Juristic Persons, Dr. Wallop Rungkitworaset, a Subcommittee Member on Special Affairs and Industrial Relations, and the team, met with Mr. Kriangkrai Tiennukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Thaworn Chalatsathien, Vice President of FTI, and Mr. Boonhan Uodomying, Executive Board Member of FTI, to congratulate Mr. Kriangkrai on his new term as President of FTI and to discuss the demands for engineers and the development of engineering knowledge at Bangchak Room (1014), 10th Floor, FTI.
Mr. Kriangkrai presented the management policy for FTI for the term 2024 – 2026, focusing on upgrading existing industries and developing new industries in three areas: 1. S-Curve 2. BCG 3. Climate Change. Additionally, he proposed driving suggestions for the development of the Thai industry with three main goals: 1. Competitiveness 2. Driving GDP Growth, targeting a growth rate of 5% per year, and 3. SDGs. The details include: 1. Improving laws and regulations to promote ease of doing business and enhance economic growth 2. Developing personnel to increase labor productivity and resolve systemic labor shortages 3. Comprehensive management of energy to support energy transition 4. Promoting exports, trade, and supporting investment in targeted S-Curve industries 5. Upgrading industries with technology, innovation, and digital advancement 6. Developing sustainable industries (BCG & ESG), managing water resources, and aiming for Net Zero 7. Enhancing and developing the capabilities of SMEs 8. Developing logistics infrastructure and space for industries.
