เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เป็นประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วยนายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงานส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด นายสมพงษ์ นครศรี รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และนายทะเบียน ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และเหรัญญิก นายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. และคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้อง 109 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
ภายในที่ประชุม ได้มีการนำเสนอวาระการประชุมที่สำคัญและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม ดังนี้
1. แนวทางดำเนินงานต่อนโยบายการปรับค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 400 บาท
ทั่วประเทศ และการจัดทำ Position Paper
– ความเห็นและจุดยืนของ ส.อ.ท. ต่อการปรับอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ 400 บาท เมื่อวันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม 2567
1.1 การปรับอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำควรเป็นไปตามอำนาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการค่าจ้างไตรภาคี
1.2 ไม่เห็นด้วยกับการปรับอัตราค่าจ้างเป็นอัตราเดียว 400บาท/วัน ทั่วประเทศ
1.3 เห็นด้วยกับนโยบายการยกระดับรายได้ของแรงงาน
1.4 การลดค่าครองชีพของแรงงาน
2. การให้สัมภาษณ์สื่อมวลชนตามแนวทางของ ส.อ.ท.
2.1 เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความสับสน หรือความเข้าใจผิดให้กับสังคมและสื่อมวลชน
2.2 เพื่อให้การเผยแพร่ข่าวเป็นไปในรูปแบบเดียวกัน และไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน
3. โครงการตรวจสุขภาพกับพนักงาน ประจำปี 2567 เฟส 3

นอกจากนี้ ในที่ประชุมได้มีการจัดพิธีมอบเงินสนับสนุนโครงการตรวจสุขภาพพนักงาน ประจำปี 2566 กับ ส.อ.ท. และ บริษัท วิริยะประกันภัย จำกัด ได้มอบกรมธรรม์ประกันอุบัติเหตุแบบกลุ่มให้แก่บริษัทสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการตรวจสุขภาพ ประจำปี 2567

On Monday, May 27, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), presided over the meeting, accompanied by Mr. Tawee Piyapathana, Senior Vice Chairman of FTI and President of the Provincial Industry Promotion Department, Mr. Sompong Nakhonsri, Senior Vice Chairman of FTI, Mr. Isras Rattanadilok Na Phuket, Vice Chairman of FTI, and Mr. Piyanuj Malakul Na Ayutthaya, Vice Chairman of FTI and Treasurer, Mr. Krit Imsang, Secretary-General of FTI, and FTI Board members, who attended the meeting at Room 109, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
During the meeting, important and beneficial agenda items for the industrial sector were presented as follows:
1. Guidelines for implementing the policy of adjusting the minimum wage to 400 Baht
across the country and the preparation of a Position Paper
– FTI's opinions and stance regarding the adjustment of the minimum wage to 400 Baht, dated May 13, 2024.
1.1 The adjustment of the minimum wage should be in accordance with the authority of the Tripartite Wage Committee.
1.2 Disagreement with the adjustment of the wage rate to a uniform rate of 400 Baht/day nationwide.
1.3 Agreement with the policy to upgrade workers' incomes.
1.4 Reducing the cost of living for workers.
2. Media interviews according to FTI's guidelines.
2.1 To avoid confusion or misunderstandings in society and among the media.
2.2 To ensure news dissemination is uniform and in the same direction.
3. Annual employee health check project for 2024, Phase 3.
Employees are invited to apply for participation in the 2024 health check project with FTI from today until June 30, 2024.
The health checks will commence from August to December 2024.
Moreover, the meeting included a ceremony to present funding in support of the employee health check project for 2023, where FTI and Viriyah Insurance Company Limited provided group accident insurance policies to FTI member companies participating in the 2024 health check project.
