เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 25 มีนาคม 2567 ที่ผ่านมา สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จัดการประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2567 และเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. วาระปี 2567-2569 เพื่อสรุปผลการดำเนินงานรอบปี 2566 ของ ส.อ.ท. และเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ชุดใหม่วาระปี 2567-2569 ณ ห้อง BALLROOM 1 – 2 (ชั้น 1) ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
ภายในงาน ได้มีพิธีมอบโล่ให้แก่นายศีลวัต สันติวิสัฎฐ์ ที่ปรึกษาประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารธนาคารกสิกรไทย และนายเวทิต โชควัฒนา รองประธานกรรมการบริหารและกรรมการผู้อำนวยการ บริษัท สหพัฒนพิบูล จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้สนับสนุนสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ โดยมีนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นผู้มอบโล่
นอกจากนี้ นายมนตรี มหาพฤกษ์พงศ์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงานเศรษฐกิจและวิชาการ ยังได้จัดทำ FTI CEO Poll ครั้งที่ 39 ในหัวข้อ “มุมมองต่อขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมไทยในปัจจุบัน” เพื่อสะท้อนความคิดเห็นจากผู้ประกอบการ โดยผลสำรวจจะนำเผยแพร่ผ่านเว็บไซต์สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (www.fti.or.th) และ Facebook Fan page สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยต่อไป
หลังจากนั้น เข้าสู่การประชุมตามระเบียบวาระการประชุมสำมัญประจำปี 2567 โดยนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. นายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา เหรัญญิก ส.อ.ท. และนายวีระชัย คุณาวิชยานนท์ ประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ ส.อ.ท. ดำเนินการประชุม
ภายในงาน ยังได้รับเกียรติจากนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. สรุปผลการดำเนินงานของ ส.อ.ท. ในรอบปี 2566 โดยการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา ดำเนินงานภายใต้ 4 กลยุทธ์ที่สำคัญ ได้แก่
1) Industry Collaboration ผนึกกำลังอุตสาหกรรมไทยให้เข้มแข็ง โดย ส.อ.ท. มีความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภายนอก สำหรับในประเทศมีความร่วมมือกับกระทรวง และหน่วยงานภายใต้กระทรวง จำนวน 12 กระทรวง และมีความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างประเทศ โดย ส.อ.ท. ร่วมมือกับ 32 ประเทศทั่วโลก ผ่านการลงนาม MoU ร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ของภาครัฐ อาทิ ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีโลหะและวัสดุแห่งชาติ (MTEC) สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) หน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ (บพข.) การนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (กนอ.) ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย เขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม (DIPROM) และภาคเอกชน อาทิ บริษัท แอดวานซ์ อินโฟร์ เซอร์วิส จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ AIS บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัท อินโนสเปซ (ประเทศไทย) อีกทั้งยังมีการจัดตั้งกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมที่ 46 คือ “กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมสำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม” เพื่อบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน ในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้ธุรกิจไทยในอุตสาหกรรมสำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม
2) First2Next-Gen Industry ขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมสู่อนาคต โดย ส.อ.ท. ได้ดำเนินโครงการเพื่อขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรม อาทิ โครงการกองทุนอินโนเวชั่นวัน หนุนการจับคู่ระหว่างสตาร์ทอัพที่มีนวัตกรรมกับ SMEs ในเครือข่ายของ ส.อ.ท. เพื่อส่งเสริมการนำเทคโนโลยีของสตาร์ทอัพมายกระดับขีดความสามารถภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยได้รับงบสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) จำนวน 1 พันล้านบาท และโครงการ FTI DeepTech Startup Connext สะพานเชื่อมของการนำเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมจาก DeepTech Startups สู่ภาคอุตสาหกรรม และผลักดันให้เกิดการเติบโต สร้างรายได้ และรับการลงทุน ด้วยการสร้างพื้นที่เรียนรู้และทดสอบการใช้งานร่วมกัน โดยรายได้หลังเข้าร่วมโครงการ 246.3 ล้านบาท สามารถเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับผู้ประกอบการถึง 2.46 เท่า
3) Smart SMEs ยกระดับ SMEs สู่สากล โดย ส.อ.ท. เปิดหลักสูตร K-FTI หลักสูตรเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับ SME/Startups เข้าสู่ตลาดทุน โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 หลักสูตร ได้แก่ หลักสูตรระยะสั้น (KFTI Incubation Program) และหลักสูตรเชิงลึก (KFTI Acceleration Program) นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรม “เปิดกล่องของขวัญเพื่อ SMEs” โดยให้ความรู้การดำเนินธุรกิจสมาชิก และ SME ในแต่ละภูมิภาค พร้อมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ซึ่งในปี 2566 ที่ผ่านมา ได้มีการสัญจรไปแล้ว 20 จังหวัด และสามารถเพิ่มสมาชิกใหม่ของ ส.อ.ท. ถึง 123 ราย โดย ส.อ.ท. นำเสนอสินค้า highlight จากสมาชิกในพื้นที่จำนวน 150 บริษัท ส่งผลให้ได้รับความรู้และบริการจำนวน 2,688 ราย อีกทั้ง ส.อ.ท. ยังมีการจัดทำหลักสูตร FTI GO GLOBAL เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับผู้ประกอบการ สร้างกลยุทธ์และพัฒนาแบรนด์ให้ตรงความต้องการของตลาดเป้าหมายในต่างประเทศ ส่งผลให้ปัจจุบันมีผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 43 รายเข้าสู่ 5 ตลาดทั่วโลก
4) Smart Service Platform พัฒนาการบริการเพื่อยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมไทย โดยผลการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐปี 2565 กิจการที่ได้รับรอง Made in Thailand (MiT) ได้รับงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างรวม 1,641 ราย คิดเป็นมูลค่าเงินที่ใช้ทำสัญญาจาก MiT รวม 102,000 ล้านบาทจากมูลค่าเงินที่ทำสัญญาทั้งหมด 695,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่ง 10 กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมที่ได้รับการรับรอง MiT ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์งานก่อสร้างและอื่น ๆ ไฟฟ้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และโทรคมนาคม เหล็ก เครื่องปรับอากาศ และเครื่องทำความเย็น ปูนซีเมนต์ พลาสติก เฟอร์นิเจอร์ ผู้ผลิตเครื่องมือแพทย์และสุขภาพ ยา และผลิตภัณฑ์ยาง ตามลำดับ สำหรับสถิติรวม ปี 2566 บริษัทที่ลงทะเบียนในระบบ 5,040 กิจการ และผ่านการรับรองสินค้า 54,792 SKU นอกจากนี้ ในส่วนของสิทธิประโยชน์ FTI e-Member Card ในปี 2566 มีสิทธิประโยชน์รวมทั้งสิ้น 82 สิทธิ เพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 2565 ที่มี 32 สิทธิ และสำหรับโครงการตรวจสุขภาพ ปี 2566 มีจำนวนผู้เข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพ 164,220 ราย และจำนวนสถานประกอบการที่เข้าร่วม 707 แห่ง ลดค่าใช้จ่ายองค์กรได้เฉลี่ยกว่า 30%
ภายหลังจากการสรุปผลการดำเนินงานของ ส.อ.ท. ได้เข้าสู่การเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. วาระปี 2567 – 2569 โดยมี ดร.นิลสุวรรณ ลีลารัศมี ประธานดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง ดำเนินการตามวาระการประชุม เพื่อชี้แจงข้อบังคับในการเลือกตั้ง และระเบียบวิธีการเลือกตั้ง พร้อมกับนางสาวพรรรัตน์ เพชรภักดี รักษาการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ ส.อ.ท. เป็นผู้ช่วยดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง
นอกจากนี้ ภายในงาน ยังมีกิจกรรมอีกมากมาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการออกบูธนิทรรศการจากหน่วยงานภายในของ ส.อ.ท. จำนวน 10 บูธ เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์บริการต่างๆ ของ ส.อ.ท. ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) สถาบันการจัดการบรรจุภัณฑ์และรีไซเคิลเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (TIPMSE) 2) สถาบันน้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อความยั่งยืน 3) สถาบันการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ 4) สถาบันพลังงานเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม 5) สถาบันนวัตกรรมเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม 6) สถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) 7) สถาบันรหัสสากล (GS1 Thailand) 8) สถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการเกษตร 9) งานพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรภาคอุตสาหกรรม (FTI Academy) และ 10) การรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าที่ผลิตในประเทศไทย หรือ Made in Thailand จากฝ่ายส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรม
นอกจากบูธของหน่วยงานภายในของ ส.อ.ท. แล้ว ยังมีบูธแสดงสินค้าจากสมาชิกผู้ให้สิทธิประโยชน์ในบัตร FTI e-member card จำนวน 21 บริษัทมาร่วมจัดแสดงอีกด้วย

On Monday, March 25, 2024, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) held its annual general meeting for 2024 and elected the FTI Board for the 2024-2026 term to summarize the performance of the FTI for the year 2023. The meeting took place in BALLROOM 1 – 2 (1st floor) at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
During the event, awards were presented to Mr. Sinwatt Santivisat, Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Kasikorn Bank, and Mr. Vethit Chokwatana, Vice Chairman of the Executive Board and Managing Director of Sahapat Pibul Public Company Limited, as supporters of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) in various activities. The awards were presented by Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, FTI President.
Additionally, Mr. Monthon Mahaphruekphong, FTI Vice President and Chair of the Economic and Academic Division, organized the 39th FTI CEO Poll on the topic "Perspectives on the Competitiveness of Thai Industries Today" to reflect the opinions of entrepreneurs. The survey results will be published on the FTI website (www.fti.or.th) and the Federation of Thai Industries' Facebook Fan page.
Following that, the regular agenda of the annual general meeting 2024 commenced with Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, FTI President, Mr. Kritsana Imsaeng, FTI Secretary-General, Dr. Piyanuj Malakul Na Ayudhya, FTI Treasurer, and Mr. Weerachai Khunawichayanont, Chair of the FTI Audit Committee, conducting the meeting.
In the event, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, FTI President, summarized the FTI's performance over the past year, conducted under four key strategies, including:
1) Industry Collaboration: Strengthening the Thai industry by cooperating with external agencies, including partnerships with 12 ministries in the country and 32 countries globally through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various government agencies such as the Metal and Material Technology Center (MTEC), the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), the Office of the Competitiveness Enhancement Program, the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), the Board of Investment (BOI), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM). Private sector collaborations include organizations such as Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), IRPC Public Company Limited, and Innospace (Thailand). The establishment of Industry Group 46, the "Petroleum Exploration and Production Industry Group," was aimed at integrating cooperation from all sectors to strengthen Thai businesses in the petroleum exploration and production industry.
2) First2Next-Gen Industry: Driving the industry into the future by implementing initiatives for innovation, such as the Innovation Fund Day project, which supports the matching of innovative startups with SMEs in the FTI network to enhance industrial capacity. This initiative received 1 billion baht in funding from the National Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy Office (NSTDA). Another initiative is the FTI DeepTech Startup Connext, a bridge for bringing technology and innovation from DeepTech Startups to the industrial sector, promoting growth, generating income, and attracting investment through the creation of shared learning and testing spaces, resulting in an increase in entrepreneur income by 2.46 times, totaling 246.3 million baht after participation in the program.
3) Smart SMEs: Elevating SMEs to international standards by FTI offering the K-FTI programs to prepare SMEs/Startups for capital market entry, divided into two courses: short-term (KFTI Incubation Program) and in-depth (KFTI Acceleration Program). There was also an event titled "Unboxing Gifts for SMEs" which provided business knowledge to members and SMEs in various regions, strengthening the provincial industrial councils. In 2023, the FTI had traveled to 20 provinces and successfully recruited 123 new members, showcasing highlight products from 150 member companies in the regions, resulting in a total of 2,688 knowledge and service receptions. Additionally, FTI created the FTI GO GLOBAL program to prepare entrepreneurs by developing strategies and brands to meet the demands of target markets abroad, resulting in 43 entrepreneurs entering five global markets.
4) Smart Service Platform: Enhancing services to uplift the Thai industry. According to the public procurement results in 2022, businesses certified as Made in Thailand (MiT) received procurement contracts totaling 102 billion baht from a total contract value of 695 billion baht. The ten industry sectors certified MiT include construction equipment and others, electronics and telecommunications, steel, air conditioning and refrigeration, cement, plastic, furniture, medical and healthcare equipment manufacturers, pharmaceuticals, and rubber products. For 2023, a total of 5,040 businesses were registered, with 54,792 SKUs certified in the system. Furthermore, the FTI e-Member Card in 2023 offered a total of 82 benefits, an increase from 32 in 2022, and for the health check-up project, 164,220 individuals participated, with 707 establishments involved, reducing operational costs by an average of over 30%.
After summarizing the FTI's performance, the election for the FTI Board for the 2024 – 2026 term took place, with Dr. Nilsuwan Leelarat conducting the election as Chair, explaining the election regulations and procedures along with Ms. Phanrat Petchphakdee, Acting Executive Director of FTI, assisting in the election process.
Moreover, the event featured various activities, including 10 exhibition booths from various FTI departments to promote services offered by FTI, which included: 1) Packaging and Recycling Management Institute for Environment (TIPMSE) 2) Water and Environment Institute for Sustainability 3) Climate Change Institute 4) Energy Institute for Industry 5) Innovation Institute for Industry 6) Small and Medium Enterprises Institute for Manufacturing (SMI) 7) Global Standards Institute (GS1 Thailand) 8) Agricultural Industry Institute 9) Skilled Labor Development for Industrial Sectors (FTI Academy) and 10) Made in Thailand product certification from the Office of Industry Promotion and Support.
In addition to the booths from FTI departments, there were also product display booths from 21 member companies offering privileges under the FTI e-member card.
